Food was great! Cook was very good and friendly.The one complaint we had was they legit ran out of spoons. We were a party of 10 and they brought us 10 spoons over a 5 min time span. Some normal Tepanyaki spoons, some normal silverware, and then topped it all off with 3 plastic spoons ?
This is the best of the best food! We recently went to the Orem location, we had Jimmy as our chef. He was amazing. It was my little boys first time going and he had been asking to go back every day since! This is dinner and a show! I suggest the beef sukiyaki and I love their noodles! It also comes with vegetables, soup and salad. Worth the price. I would suggest doing call ahead seating! They stay pretty busy!
No Reservations!! First come first serve. Anytime after 6pm, plan on WAITING an HOUR AND A HALF, to start.Also, YOU WILL BE SITTING WITH OTHER PEOPLE AT YOUR TABLE. If there are empty seats, and it's busy, they will fill them, so your party won't alone. PLEASE Don't have an attitude about that.They will not check their voice box-- and they do NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE if they are slammed...they are plenty busy without your business.FOOD- it's good! You really come for the show BUT food and show really depends on the chef you get. They all spice things a little differently, in different proportions, and cook things differently.Show-- Your show will be VASTLY different depending ony the chef and his experience. He or she also feeds of the energy of the group.It is a fun place to eat and the food is good..it is more pricey! But we keep coming back!!!! ?
The food here is amazing, however the service is awful. The hostesses are unkind, and unwilling. They tell you the wait time is 30 minutes, and then you are waiting 2 hours while everyone else around you is seated. It is unorganized and unprofessional. However, the food and experience is amazing—10/10 recommend takeout instead.
Delicious food!! Everything was fantastic. A bit pricey but worth the cost for the experience.
Always a good experience here. Our server was present without being overbearing and very attentive. Our chef was funny and engaging. And of course the food was delicious. It’s not the cheapest experience, but I’d recommend it to anyone happy to spend $20+ per person.
