When I order food, it should be fresh. My friend use to manage a Taco Time, he showed me the timer for all food. When timer beeps after 10 minutes, any fried food or food is trashed, it goes right in the garbage.Today I ordered 2 crisp meat burritos, large Mexi Fry, the crisp meat burritos were barely Luke warm & limp. Mexi Fries we’re the same.DON’T use old food that has been sitting out.It’s too bad the help doesn’t want to produce good food & happy customers.The fryer does the work for u, 3 minutes crisp burritos. It’s not hard. I know it gets busy, short staffed or not, good HOT FRESH Food should still be priority. It keeps customers coming back & most importantly Money coming in.I would rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for fresh rather then old food sitting out.Probably won’t be back.
9 min waiting to order food at the drive thru is baffling. 12:30 in the day you should be ready. I left without ordering. This is the second bad experience I have had in 2 weeks. You are losing to the taco competitor next door. I saw 6 cars go by during my wait.
Super helpful staff that went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. Legit, every other fast food place could learn from the staff at this place. Decent salsa bar too, so you can dress up your items however you want.
The worst ever burrito I had. I asked for the Chicken Ranchero Burrito in a combo. Over priced, the "Crisp Chicken Strip" really bad, not flavor at all, the "seasoned rice" just like a few grains of that. Never go back again. This is not a Mexican food.
This Taco Time is always understaffed and extremely slow. It's hard to understand the person taking your drive through order. They also didn't get everything on our order correct. The employees either don't care about working or are overworked. It's hard to tell. Waited almost 30ins for 3 cars in the drive through.
This place has gone down hill. The last couple months I've came here the service has been very slow and the employees are not trained properly. The seating area was filthy, and the food has been so unpresentable and the quality isn't the best either. They need corporate check up to get things back in place.
Delicious ?? Nice staff.Sad the prices are going up because of inflation and whatnot, but what can ya do. Not the business's fault. Just gotta save my pennies for them days I be craving crisp bean burritos and blueberry or pumpkin empanadas when they be around and in season.Breakfast burritos with tots ain't bad neither.
This location has completely ruined crisp meat burritos by flooding them with cheese. I've been eating them since I was 3 and they have never had cheese. It's ruined TacoTime for my family. As a Eugene native, this is very disappointing.
If I could rate this place zero I would, food is disgusting and customer service is the worst. Taco Bell is next door, better then wasting your money here.
... and they raised their prices.... as if inflation wasn't already hurting the American worker they go and pour salt on the wound. I can't afford taco time anymore so I guess I'm eating crumbs for lunch.
