The wait is long, probably do to the shortage on fast food employment. I gotta agree with some of the other reviews that mention how they skimp out on ingredients, especially meat.They get the 3 star simply for the fact that my quesadilla was cooked enough to melt the cheese. Not every Taco Bell goes out of their way to do that.
Visited on 4/17 around 6:30. The staff was trash. For some reason every time we go there is no ice in our soda. It has happen several times. They were laughing and giggling over the drive thru order box and not paying attention to us. When we pulled up to the window, the girl handing us our food was swearing as she spoke with her coworkers instead of serving us. Sad to see this place like this , if there’s no change probably going to go to a different location.
Ordered through the app. Got a notification my order was ready and was there within minutes just to find their lobby was closed. I called and they said to go through the drive thru and it would be ready. I got to the window just to be told it wasnt ready and i had to go through again. I get to the window the second time just to get my food ice cold. The time on the receipt said 7:47pm. I didnt get my food until 8:15 since i had to wait in line twice. This place seriously needs a new manager
4 star seems weird for a fast food, but I just like Taco Bell for what it is. Their dinner box is a great deal and good food. I'll be getting that again.
Both times I've been here they were extremely fast!! but now I see why.. not much of a chicken sandwich.. it's literally the size of a quarter. :(
I would have given five stars the food is good but my order is always missing something or drinks are wrong I figure that if I am spending my hard earned money to feed my large family of seven I shouldn’t have to make an extra trip to get what is missing or have to put up with attitude when I mention for it to be checked for accuracy the window is close the worker just stands there doesn’t even check it the she opens the window and tells me it’s fine that’s when I don’t know what to do except leave :( guess it’s time to spend my money elsewhere
Fast, efficient and mostly yummy. Was disappointed in my grilled cheese burritos. Bought them from a different location a week before and they were delicious! These two were severely lacking in ingredients, they looked deflated and lacked in flavor. The rest of my family's food was yummy. Assuming it was a bad night.
The staff here are so friendly and quick! This is my new favorite Taco Bell because my order is always made quickly and my interactions with staff are always so pleasant.
This Taco bell is closing way earlier than what they’re website says, they’ve been closing 3 hrs earlier. Been frustrating when I pull up to walk in to pick an order and it’s close. They’ve also messed up in my order more than once, even forgetting to add items to my order. I normally don’t have bad service through them but for the past years worst service I’ve experienced.
Fantastic Service from Arnold. Great service. Cleanly Restaurant that makes sure Health and safety are a priority during a pandemic with loved ones. Food was Fresh, They greeted us upon entry.
