It's not too bad. The drive thru was really fast and always got my order correct when it's open. Props to those previous employees! I'm not sure what has been going on lately. The restaurant and drive thru are sometimes closed at some points during the day. Sometimes it looks completely closed. Maybe only thing available now is takeout, not sure. The store's lobby and drive thru hours definitely vary day to day
Management is the reason why you shutting down hours. They is ridiculous. Many reports of not fulfilling duties of making sure employees feel welcomed and want to stay in employment. Needs to be shutdown if this action continues.
whenever i go to this location i interact with jason, he is an absolutely fantastic employee, he is very friendly, and he never fails to put a smile on my face. he always makes my experience so much better when i go there.

I love all Taco Bell’s but I specifically want to shout out this location. I visited countless times the 2 years I lived in Orem, and their employees always did an amazing job. A personal thank you for doing what you do, I know it’s not easy and it’s a thankless job. You’re all heroes <3
What is going on with this Taco Bell? Used to be the best one. An employee was very rude to me about 2 months ago and now they totally close down at 4pm! Is it a shortage of employees? If it is I wish they would post that. Or they shift their hours to night instead for morning.
I've had a lot of bad experiences and to be honest, it's kind of expected at a taco bell that it won't be high-quality but this time it was absurd. I went to this taco bell at 6:20pm on Sunday November 7th and they completely botched the order. Not only did they get th worse wrong, they things they got right we're done so poorly its laughable. The entire second half of my cheesy Gordita crunch has devoid of meat. Each item was worse than I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. This may sound dramatic but it's difficult to believe how bad of a job this crew did. On top of that, I couldn't go in to correct my order because the lobby was closed and the line for the drive-through was too long for me to go back through. I understand it's difficult to work in fast food but this was next-level.
Terrible service. Have requested no sauce multiple time and they always add it and the last time I asked them to fix it they refused.
Food is tacoBellish, good for $5 but they don't have enough employees, so those kids are doing their best but they can't handle it.
The food was good and the staff were awesome. But to the manager that interviewed the guy with the sign today 10-19, this message is for you. Not sure how I dropped my wallet, but the guy who "returned it" took my credit card out of my wallet and spent 80 bucks at the gas station, as well as a few business cards and a game card. He only left the card at the front in so I wouldn't notice. Do not hire him. This was an hour or so ago. He returned the card while I was at target, and I checked my bank account when I got home. When I drove past him as I was leaving target, he sitting at the corner he saw me and started laughing. Didn't realize why till after and when I went back he was gone.
