Line moved quickly. The employees outside and inside were both friendly. So many delicious choices. Great experience, will definitely be back!

Walked my kid here and they refused to take an order cause they're "drive through only."There were no cars ordering and the girl that's outside that took orders said they couldn't get my kid a drink unless I was in a car.Think about that...Makes literally no sense.
TERRIBLE! The worst customer service! Even though they have a bunch of teens working there half of them are standing around while just a few are actually doing anything. It always takes like 10 minutes to bring my stuff out after arriving at the time they gave me. I do DoorDash on the weekends and they’ve decided to make all drivers go through the drive thru even if there’s a 15 min wait and your pickup time is in 5 minutes. They can’t just bring the drinks out to you even though there’s plenty of workers to help with that. Time is money for drivers but they apparently don’t care about that. So don’t order through DoorDash unless you want to wait longer for your drinks! It’s just pure laziness.
I love how this place has 2-3 teenagers constantly walking around taking orders so that I can never see the menu. Instead of waiting for customers to pull up to them, they’ll walk up to cars so that they don’t pull forward which makes the line 3x longer than it needs to be. It’s great. Most places would just use an intercom system but instead they overstaff by 200%. Just well done, everyone.
My wife and I tried Swig for the first time, we had the Nurse Appreciation opportunity, great drinks, very good service with a smile. Very pleased!

My fave soda shop! I especially love my new mug that is super nice and comparable to other very popular mugs in Utah. Always good service too!
I hate the design of their drive thru. It's jammed right up next to the Dominio's drive thru and in order to not block that or people exiting the Swing drive thru, you have to sit in the parking lot lane, so no matter what you're in someone's way.Plus, if it's taking too long (as usual) and you decide to leave, you can't since the curbs lock you into the drive thru.
