Deleted my review so this shows up again. Hours are 24/7 but yet again I show up and they are closed. Like what is going on? Also last time I went in employees were begging for good reviews because they said their jobs are on the line. Act professional and adhere to your posted hours and maybe people would leave better reviews.
Amazing group of workers and its Always a pleasure talking with them as I get my food. Seriously recommend this place
My wife and I had a great experience at Subway this evening. Jayden made our sandwiches and made us both laugh through the whole line with his cheery personality and sarcasm. We were having a rough day so that was really great for us. That young man can go super far in life with anything he puts his mind to.
Subpar service and distasteful attitude. Employees were openly discussing how they did not want to attend customers walking up to this establishment. These employees need to be retrained on how to handle customer services or be let go if they don't like customer service work. I came in around 5:20 pm on March 10, 2022. I hope corporate sees this review and makes the necessary adjustments. Their attitude and openess on how they don't want to attend customers is very upsetting.
Just came to grab a late lunch and I ordered 3 kids meals, and me a footlong went to order my husband's sandwich and she said "your at 4 sandwiches and we have a limit of 4 sandwiches!" Than tells me to proceed to the first window! I come to the window in shock and say "so most families have 5 people so why would you cut it off at 4?" She looks at me and said it was in the recording! I didn't hear it at all! She hands me back my card with no receipt and one bag of sandwiches. I wait for a moment and she opens it again and says can I help you? And I said yes don't the kids meals come with anything else and she said no just kid sandwiches and shut the window! This is the worst experience ever! What is going on here?!? No receipt no nothing!
Dawson and friends were super dope! Dawson likes cats so you know hes a keeper and his coworker whom we didnt get the name of is a fan of Fan Boy And Chum Chum so hes also obviously an epic human person! They stuffed our sandwiches super good! 10/10 get it ~
Horrible service. They don't answer the phones at all. My pickup order sat for 40 minutes because they never updated the app. Wouldn't remake them. For someone who worked in food for years, this was extremely horrible customer service.
The guy working the drive thru couldn't grasp 3 sandwiches the exact same. Had to keep repeating myself over and over until he finally figured it out. Then when saying what I wanted on them again had to repeat myself. When I didn't order things in order "the subway way" I was told to hang on that we weren't to that part yet. It took about 15 min to make 3 sandwiches the "subway way" smh
Ordered a 6" cold cut sandwich on the app for my daughter. The sandwich had everything I ordered except the coldcut deli meats inside. I didn't find out until an hour later because I was out doing errands after dropping the sandwich off. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time was from a Subway next to my home in Southern California.
Be sure to ask for a receipt and check it when you order a sandwich. We picked some up and we were over charged by the cashier who adding a tip for himself. I'd like to give the guy the benefit of the double but the fact that he said it was 12 something and then ran it for 14 something seems a bit fishy.....
