The employees here act completely lost and have no idea what they are doing! I had to repeat myself so many times and they never got the sandwich right. Also making 1-2 employees work the lunch rush alone is just ridiculous! They can not keep up with the orders. The store is also an absolute mess! This is completely unacceptable and needs to change!
Those teenagers need to be more clean, they don't use mask on and when he was making my sandwich just casually sneeze on it, they had headphones on and u need to say everything 3 times because they don't want to take it off.Never coming back again...
This is the worst staff of any place ever. If I had a vehicle I would never return to this location, but I don't and it's the only one in walking distance. I am constantly disappointed in the rudeness of the staff
Way better than Sensuous Sandwich! I don't know how Sensuous Sandwich in Utah got so big, but Subway is so much better! More variety in meats, veggies, and bread. Sure, it's a franchise, but I love it.
Ordered food online for delivery. I ordered cookies and they decided to send chips. I also ordered a drink and they didn't include that. This is also not the only subway store that has done this. Service here is awful and they should check with people before making them pay for food they didn't want. I am upset I paid for the food and for shipping to get the food.
There was only one young lady taking care of the place. Most of the different bread choices were gone. Management must have been at the BYU/Utah game. The cold cut sandwich was very good though.
Don't get me wrong the food was great but, the service was not the best and they didn't cut my sandwich in half.

This is absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to, hands down.They had only few choices in stock from menu. Don’t make the mistake that I did.I saw the poor reviews and still walked in. Never again will I ignore peoples reviews.
