Wish I could give a 0!! WORST customer service. They make the sandwiches VERY sloppy and aren't very kind. I asked for spinach and they put lettuce. When I asked them to fix it they rolled their eyes and scoffed. I ordered the daily deal and they rang it up wrong. I hadn't even paid yet and when I asked them to fix it they said they couldn't because they already entered it. I also asked for them to toast the cheese before adding the meats and they looked at me like I had 2 heads! NEVER going back. It's too bad because I love Subway and work next to the restaurant
Very disappointing to-go order. Ordered via app and it wasn’t even put on the bread that is very clearly labeled on the attached receipt.
It was amazing service it was clean and that actually made my whole families food right. Jhon and Camilla were both friendly and were perfect 100% recommended.
Got a 6 inch veggie delight,and the lady working put so little of the veggies that I asked for that I asked for more. She seemed annoyed and upset that i asked and wasn't very nice about it. When she put the sauce one that I asked for it was very messy, unwrapping the sandwich to eat it was a big mess because it qas more on the wrapping than the actual sandwich
Me and my wife stopped to grab lunch after a doctor's appointment and before she went to work. They added extra cheese which she didn't ask for and then instead of just giving it to us remade it and wasted a whole wrap. Then on mine, I ordered the Baja chicken and bacon. Then the lady was telling me that they put a different chicken on so I had to be charged $2.00 extra for the bacon. I said that I got the Baja with bacon and she told me she could remake it then. My wife had to get to work so we had to go, so instead paying for what I ordered I had to pay several dollars extra. I will go out of my way to avoid this Subway.
I went in today for lunch and I had a coupon that expires February 2022 the manager told me that the couple didnt work because it was for Salt lake City and later said it was for January 2022, I replied that it didnt mention either things on the coupon, her answer was that it was an inside information, inside information? really? she must think that I am really stupid.I will never go back.
Employees were less than average with personality, spent too much time in the back, seemed a little put out, place is clean though. Great protein bowl. Good size.
Awful customer service - employees stayed in the back talking and never took orders from 2 of us. Finally just left
I love subway. I have eaten at many Subways. The beautiful thing about the Subway franchise is you know what you are going to get and the service you are going to get which is great. I have eaten at this specific location a few times after work. My experience has been great so far until today when I was served by the General Manager named Lola.I said I would like a foot long Spicy Italian. I would like it to be cut in half. She proceeded to prepare my sandwich and then handed it to the lady at the register. She said to the lady that I got two 6 inch Spicy Italian sandwiches. I told her I got a foot long Spicy Italian. Needless to say this woman Lola told me that since I asked her to cut my sandwich in half that it was "company policy" that I pay for two 6 inches. I don't know where I have been the last 10 years, but this has NEVER happened to me at Subway. I refuted her on it. She said that's too bad that is the rule. I paid for it, but I should of just left it there. Not impressed with management. This isn't the type of person that should be working as a manager who has to work with people.
This is my favorite Subway. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, their sandwiches are always the best made I've had at any subway, and they are very fast at their job so going during lunch rush is never an issue.
