We got two coffees in the drive through. One carmal latte with 3 shots that tasted like warmed up water/milk and one vanilla latte that had no real flavor.
I think her name was Ramona, but she has blue eyes, she was very sweet and when she didn’t know how to do some thing she went and asked one of the other girls. She made sure to make iContact and was very polite. As somebody who works in the food industry you really noticed things like that. And the other employees were sitting there talking about a customer that was complaining and they had annoyance in their voice. Like I said as somebody works in the food industry I understand that but there is a time and place and you definitely don’t wanna do it in front of customers
I like Starbucks but my only problem is they were out of stock of my 3 top favorite drinks so I just settled for something else
Busy location and the drive through entrance is located near the maverick exit/entrance so there can be a bit of a traffic jam at times.
Lauren (manager) absolutely blew me away. My son spilled my wife’s drink and she felt so bad and gave not only a hot one but also an iced one because we didn’t know what my wife bought. ABSOLUTELY A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Thank you Lauren!
Everyone’s really nice, but I had to go up and remind them that I’d ordered 20 minutes prior, there was hardly anyone in the shop, and they hadn’t even started it. It’s not the end of the world, but it was just weird since my friends had received their drinks within like two minutes of ordering.
Everyone wished me a happy birthday and they were all so nice. Got our drinks spot on even though they were a little complicated. By far my favorite Starbucks location.
I found a bug in my bacon Gouda sandwich. After I took a bite there were a couple of little small bugs sitting in the eggs of my sandwich. When I called to let them know the shift manager on duty didn’t really seem to care. I asked her if she would throw them out she said she would keep an eye on them. Even if there is a possible risk of something like this you don’t just watch, you through them out immediately. Disgusting!
Usually I have good experiences at Starbucks but I found the staff at this Starbucks to be oddly impatient, rude, and slow. There are enough Starbucks around choice a different location
Slooooooow...... No one has time to get stuck in line for 30-40 minutes.
