We should be able to get a coffee without having to deal with politics, left or right. This location has a trans flag hanging in the window. Not saying I'm even against it, but all i wanted was a coffee, not your politics. I'll be going to dutch bros down the street for coffee.
Just sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Got the wrong order, and upon requesting my money back and they keep the order, they finally figured out how to get me my order. Spoiler alert, my chai tea was Luke warm at best, my wife still didn’t get the right drink, and I didn’t get my money back. We never even had an employee apologize for the obscene wait time or even explain why the wait was so ridiculously long. I’m sure they’re under-staffed, but this was beyond a poor experience. I’ll never be back to this location and I will make sure that all of my friends are aware to never come here either.
Starbucks used to be good. I went there all the time. Not anymore. Sorry. Tons of other coffee places that have QUALITY items. Starbucks is slacking! ??
They need to learn how to time manage better. It took them 15 minutes to make me anything because they prioritized drive thru over everything else. They don't understand that people walking in are in just as much of a hurry and the drive thru. Because of this I missed my train and had to sit around for an hour in the cold for the next one. I was so mad i couldn't even stomach to finish my drink and ended up having to throw it away.
I had to share a wonderful experience from yesterday. I ordered from the Starbucks app, used my rewards, and did not realize that when I placed my order, that it was going to be ready in a few minutes. I thought I would be able to change the time for later. I called Starbucks immediately. I asked if I could pick up my order in a few hours and Hartley, a very nice agent, said I could absolutely do that and just to let the Starbucks person know when I got there. I wish I got the next person's name but when I explained the situation and showed her my app with the order, she gave me the items I ordered fresh off the menu. Thank you Starbucks!
I have gone to this location 4 times and 3 times my order was wrong and once my order was even forgotten about. I never received apologies and found the staff to be aloof and almost disrespectful at times. I’m sad because the location is so convenient but it’s just not worth the bad service.
This Starbucks is very welcoming. It's a very Warm feeling when your Barista Knows you by your voice in the drive thru and your face when you go inside. They know my order and always have a smile .... Shout out to Andy and Julien
It's OK, typical Starbucks ambiance you'd find anywhere else. My only issue is sometimes before work (around 7:30-ish) I would put in a mobile order and when I would get there after about 15 minutes it still wouldn't be ready. The drive through is always extremely long, so that's out of the question.
i ordered a mobile pickup order online at 7:20. the app said they closed at 9/10. when i arrived they were closed. i knocked and the employees ignored me. i went to the drive thru and honked and again they ignored me. mind you, I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY DRINK. i again went up and knocked with my purchase screen up to the door so an employee with dark hair opened it. she was super understanding but her manager was totally out of line rude. she asked her manager since i ordered before they closed, if they could make me my drink i already paid for. the manager said no even though she was holding the sticker tab with my name and order on it IN HER HAND. i then said “okay can I just get a gift card?” the manager told me no again. I then asked what the resolution was since I already bought the drink. she told me to go to the Provo location about 15 minutes away, and i said no because I wasn’t going to go out of MY WAY to do so. she then told me to come back tomorrow but again, I never come to this location, my main starbucks is in vineyard. super mad and disappointed in this location. i already contacted corporate office about this. would give 0 stars if i could????
I don’t think I’ve ever visited a more dysfunctional Starbucks. 70% of the time my drink is made wrong… even though I order them right off the menu. Also, it regularly takes 15-20 mins in the drive-thru. If there was another nearby option I’d take it.
