THIS LOCATION IS BRAND DAMAGING TO STARBUCKS! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This has got to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've come here several times and rarely do I leave with having a positive experience. Most of the time they are out of the things that they need to make the drinks that I want to order, they make them wrong, or they forget to make them all together. I like the mobile ordering, when they have it available, however, I end up waiting twice as long as I would have if I went through their painfully long, slow drive through. The staff can be friendly but also patronizing at the same time.
If you read this. It's not bad at all. At least from 9:45AM - 10:30AM. The lobby is usually closed around 9 but drive thru is still open. If you walk in with reasonable expectations of a group of human beings you'll have a pleasant time. I don't work here but it is important to note that majority of the people who leave reviews on here have had 1 bad experience for something incredibly menial.Edit: added AM for clarification
Just left there and sorely disappointed. I love starbucks, i go at least once a week. But today after ordering in drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me, I sat for 12 minutes just to get to the window. No apology for the wait when I got there. No smiling friendly person there to greet me. Just opens window, scans my phone and says your drink will be done shortly. You would think my drink would have been ready since it had been 12 minutes at that point. They were not busy and yet no it wasnt. I sat another 2 minutes and as i drove away i tasted my usually perfect drink and it was made wrong. ?
I did a mobile order Saturday March 12 at 8:48pm. When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have cold brew or any iced coffee. So they said I would be getting my mom su back on the app. And it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t gotten anything. And I’ve tried calling the store multiple times and they never answer
Good, clean location. Run well, friendly employees. Food was prepared quickly, but not rushed.
Amazing service! Guy with long red hair who took our order and gave it to us had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Really made my day! Coolest guy ever- missed his name though.
Don't come to this location on a Saturday afternoon everybody seems to hate their job I understand it's hard to keep workers but man apparently hospitality is not in their books, if you want to be treated like trash I recommend coming to this location.
I had my cute little 5-year-old niece with me. They totally made her day by making her a hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles in a cup just her size. They even cooled it down by adding milk so it wasn't too hot for her. Such friendly staff too!
If I could give this store less than 1 star I would, this girl was soooooo incredibly rude on Thanksgiving, soooo incredibly rude! Then when I asked for her name she said it was “bean bean” her first name was bean and her last name… worst customer service ever!!! we were down here for the holiday next time we will drive miles to another store to avoid the pleasant BEAN!
The wait here is always stupid long. Doesn’t matter if you sit in the drive thru or go inside. On a weekday morning, plan to wait at least 20 minutes for one drink. The staff is always nice though. As for the drinks… it’s a Starbucks. They’re fine. I’d recommend a local spot such as grinders or elevated grounds.
