Never returning to sonic. The whole reason we came was for shakes, and after waiting for 20 minutes they came out with food and said ice cream machines are broken. This is an incredibly bad experience. Also, why take an online order for a certain pickup time if you don't start making my order until I arrive? If I'd have know I'd sit in your parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for my order, I would have gone elsewhere. Not having the product I paid for is a deal killer. See you never.Edit: I had to call in and spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund for items they didn't give me. What a joke. I can't believe a company like this is still in business.
I am speechless after my visit to this sonic. The absolute worst experience at a sonic I’ve ever had and will not return. After ordering at the drive thru and questioning them at the window they still get my order wrong which only consisted of 2 burgers and 1 fry. The customer service at the window even from the manager was the stupidest responses I’ve ever heard. After pulling forward to wait on my order to be remade they come out with only half of my order and still wrong. The “remade” burgers were cold the fries were cold and mushy and I waited over 40 minutes for this order of 2 burgers and 1 fry to be absolutely shocked by the incompetence and the quality of food.
We ordered 2 large strawberry and cheesecake milkshakes. They were done terribly - they look and tasted like 1% milk and and a few pieces of strawberries - these are not milkshakes done with ice cream and strawberries?. Wasted money - I threw mine away!
Ordered online to get a discount and it was amazing! My food was out within seconds of parking! Also I believe Devin was who brought it out and he was so friendly, best fast food service I’ve had in a long time!
I am a lover of Sonic. Plain and simple. The people at this location are amazing! They are nice and surprisingly quick on busy days!!!
While Sonic does have a great selection of foods and ice cream products, I came by to purchase a gift card. They were polite and quick to serve me.I enjoy the nostalgic car hop concept of getting served which has been electronically updated with a pay station right there in the stall.
It was decent. We rolled in early for some after-hike grub and it tasted fine. Not the best ocean water, but ok. The young staff appeared competent and clean and our order was correct.
Went yesterday during lunch to get an Oreo cheesecake shake. There was something a bit off about the taste. It was sort of bitter, but I figured it was the cheesecake bits. As I worked my way to the bottom; that’s where I tasted what was rotten milk and cheesecake because it reminded me of the smell of garbage but in my pallet. I almost threw up because I could not stand the taste. Now I would not ever go back because of this experience. Luckily I didn’t get sick, but I would not risk it again.
Have you tried those awesome pretzels? Oh my gosh! I am hooked. I got my teenage grandsons hooked on them too. We live them. Oh - a wonderful drink is a coconut lemonade. ? Gotta love Sonic happy hour!
Not very good. Our shake and blast were both melted. The chocolate shake tasted like sour milk. The blast didn't even reach the rim of the cup. Go to the Provo Sonic. It's far better.
