Pretty grossed out with both women working today. I get that you guys probably wash your hands before touching the dough bare hands but she was wearing a big white balled bracelet and my boyfriend noticed she had rings on as well. We saw the dough touch her jewelery as she was tossing it around. We ended up leaving. Both the girls had very loose hair falling out of their ponytails which can easily fall into food and I mean it was very loose. I've taken my food handlers permit and know this isn't okay. Please talk to the girls. They probably wipe their butt with that jewelery on.
The girls that work the front.. have ZERO idea of what is in their food and have ZERO KNOWLEDGE of the menu. Ordered a large pizza and they spent more time chatting than preparing our food.Customer service is a ZERO!!!
Wow. When I went into the mall today I didn’t know what to expect, but I certainly wasn’t ready to meet some of Gods strongest warriors.Brandon and Sara made this whole experience worth it. I thought the pizza was gonna be a little underwhelming but the way they handled things made it worth it. No longer do I think this pizza is too expensive for what it’s worth, no no. This pizza pulled through and was well above its price.
Went in today, a kid named Alex helped me he was amazing fast quick friendly definitely a good employee.

There was an employee called Brandon he was very nice and helpful he helped me decide what I wanted and the food was also really good
Good pizza. Overpriced. Long waits when there are little to no lines. Find it odd that even with the overpriced slices, the side of Mac n cheese costs more than the main.
Would be nice if they actually stayed open till when they say. Walked in and they were already closed at 8.
I went and ordered a Stromboli, planning on paying for Apple Pay. When I get to the register, the employee, lily, tells me that they don’t do Apple Pay. I realize that she already prepared it and started worrying because I couldn’t pay for it without Apple Pay. To my astonishment, she covered me and paid for my food! What a Wonderful employee!
Worst Sbarro's I've ever been to. They didn't have any baked ziti. The pizza slice was small and watery some how? The Mac and cheese was good, but they didn't have silverware so I ate it with my fingers. And the Dr Pepper was completely flat. The staff was nice,but looked over worked.
