Super worth trying for the first time and those who enjoy having tacos!! Definitely on the pricy side compare to other taco places in the Valley. Still their taco flavor were good and filling. I kind of hope there was more veggies on the side because eating the taco alone is too greasy.

This has GOT to be one of the best taco places in Utah! I wish there were 20 more locations! The tacos were fantastic! Different! Tasty! And the dipping sauce/soup was unbelievable. Add the melted cheese…worth it! My only regret was that I couldn’t try more items from their menu.The only negative is that it’s kind of a small restaurant, and is super crowded! Which is why they need more locations! Can’t wait to eat here again!

Red Tacos is an average birria taco spot near University Mall. It’s better than 180 Tacos but not Don Joaquin. Maybe on par with Jurassic Tacos? There is better birria in SL County. The consome needs to pack more flavor as do the tacos, mulita, and quesadillas. If you’re going to offer just one thing — birria— you need to nail it. It needs to pack flavor. The hot sauces are nice and bring some nice heat, but don’t really complement the flavor of the birria. Limited tables. Also, Coke lovers, the Diet Coke is light on syrup so tastes watery.
I love this place. The keto tacos are my favorite. I am not on Keto but I love the cheese shell and consume.Rice and beans are a new addition to the menu and my wife says they are "fine".

I tried it finally! Honestly they're ok. Really bland which disappointed me. But for the most part it tastes like it looks. I'm not a fan of the grease from chorizo it has a flavor that's off putting to me. I won't get the " broth" again but my husband loved it. I also tried the quesadilla it was great, crispy. The real GEM is the ramen. Like and cilantro goodness.
Their quesobirria tacos with consome is a must try! These are the most authentic and best tasting birria tacos I have had in Utah. They taste so close to what you get in Mexico. The meat is juicy and tender! Great flavor. The birria ramen (which is a new school invention) isalso super delicious and big enough for 2 people!There is almost always a long line and wait time so be prepared for that. Also getting a seat is super hard but they do to go.
