I am new to Orem Utah ( 1 year now) and have frequented Rancheritos many times at various locations and (with 1 exception) I have yet to receive decent customer service from the employees attending the customers at the Rancheritos on Center St in Orem Utah. Without question the food is good but the service, and moreover the attitude of the employees is terrible and needs improvement. I feel as if our patronage is not wanted or appreciated. Is anyone listening? Is there anyone here?
Their breakfast burritos really have stepped up. Freaking delish. It seems tho like I'm unconvincing the women when I order food.
If I can give this place a -0 I definitely would! I went here for the first time was not familiar with the menu and the girl that took my order was so disgustingly rude!! I would ask her a simple question like if there was a kids menu and she would respond so rudely like me being there was such an inconvenience for her it’s simple if you don’t like your Drive thru job don’t work there! simple. I was so disgusted by this girl I never have been treated so poorly I definitely will avoid going here. I did not pay for the food I ordered I just left, mind you I was in the drive thru. To who ever it may concern definitely get better employees working for you. Definitely will let my circle know not come here. Such terrible terrible service.
Waited 20 minutes just to get to the window and hand them my card and find out they forgot to put in half the order. I asked to add it on since it was their mistake and they said no, I would have to get back in line and wait all over again. I said fine, I wasn’t mad, but then I don’t want any of it since it is for multiple people and I need to feed them all and I’ll go somewhere else. She said no, they already made the part they remembered and she DISAPPEARED with my card and charged it!!! This is crazy!!! I don’t write reviews like ever but this completely blew my mind that they messed up my order and then charged me against my will for food i didn’t want. I learned my lesson to never go here again and to never hand my card over until they say my order to me.
Didn’t get the order right, they missed an entire burrito, and they didn’t give us any sauce after we asked for it specifically. Ive been eating breakfast burritos for years and this one from this particular location tastes totally bland. Not very well constructed either
I ordered a fish burrito with no pico degio and extra tarter sauce, I came home and started eating, I started to feel my throat swelling, I'm allergic to tomatoes, I looked in my burrito and saw that it was PICO and NO tarter sauce! What was so hard about this order? The cook obviously isn't paying attention, the cashier had even read my order out to me correctly. These people always mess up. I would recommend the rancheritos on state street instead, less of a hassle and the food is made better.
Love the food but HATE the service due to how S L O W it is, I understand the making process but why have me wait an hour or so? It use to be a five star but had to give it a two due to the poor services.

I used to love this place because even at 2 am they would be nice and have customer service skills. Now they have a new girl at the drive through window and she is a rude, can't speak well and refuses to give you red sauce, napkins or any semblance of a decent buying experience. Honestly I only go there now because the line at McDonald's is way too long. Because every time I interact with that girl I wanna throw my food back in the window and drive off.
Very good food great portions and it's a great price
