My husband and I loved Pizzeria 712. The food was amazing, atmosphere cozy, and the staff/service was incredible. Lizelle the manager was so sweet and helpful in getting us in on a busy Friday night and even gave us a free treat! We ordered the Margarita and Hot Pink pizzas which were cooked to perfection and the ingredients so fresh! Honestly probably our favorite pizza spot in Utah County! Thank you!

Had a great first experience. The food was yummy and came out fast and hot. The only thing I would complain about is that I tried calling 3 or 4 times to get a reservation and nobody ever picked up, and our server wasn’t extremely friendly. She pretty much only came to get our order, deliver our food, and being the check. We had to ask for refills, etc. I understand it was a busy night, but that’s part of the job! Overall had a good time.

Fantastic service and amazing food! What can I say? It was a busy Friday night and this team managed to get us in in a reasonable amount of time, take excellent care of us, and get great food out in record time. What a perfect night! We’ll be back many more times to come.Try the braised short ribs. They were to die for!

This is my favorite restaurant in Utah Valley! I live for the hot pink pizza, complementary pita and hummus, and the CHOCOLATE PUDDING. Get the chocolate pudding. The richness of the dark chocolate is perfectly balanced with sea salt, home made whipped cream, and crumbly shortbread cookies. They also have incredible appetizers, like the marinated beets. A couple years ago I worked there, and even after eating the pizza basically every night for a year straight I never got sick of it because of how high quality and delicious it is.

I always enjoy a meal at Pizzeria 712, and actually drive 30 minutes to do so! It’s definitely a favorite! My favorite is the Hot Pink pizza and I add honey and speck! So good! However, our last visit the crust was a little soft and under done. Hope it was a one time occurrence!

We’ve been going to Pizzeria 712 for years and are accustomed to quality ingredients and exceptional service. This time around we took a friend from out of town with us and were disappointed in the experience.I understand there’s staff shortages and they probably have had to hire young inexperienced workers but they need to really do a better job at training them. Our waiter was obviously inexperienced AND doing too many things. He was waiting and bussing tables, and also hosting. We waited quite a while before our waiter came to take our order and then even longer to get it. The kitchen was very slow and our meal came out all at different times so that by the time everyone had there food, it was cold for those that had been politely waiting. The plating was also weird. The kale salad was prepared so that the leaves were whole making it really awkward to eat. The meatballs were smaller than we remember. The pizza had quite a large outer edge with no sauce or toppings and the delicious shortbread that we’re used to getting with the chocolate pudding was replaced with a slice of biscotti. All in all it was not the dining experience we’ve come to expect at this restaurant.

It was a great experience, the service, food and hospitality were very strong. Everyone was super pleasant. Small things that didn’t effect our experience but will get that last star are: have a table ready for the number of guest when they arrive for their reservation; check your answering machine or don’t use one. Increase the maximum reservation size on the platform you use; discard smudged menu and print new ones, make sure they match, discard chipped plates; spread the plates and roll ups for the guests when they arrive or in advance. Overall very strong and we will be back !!!!

Fabulously delicious pizza, appetizers and salads. The service was excellent, a great pizza place and we're coming back! Heather did a great job helping us

I have used to love this restaurant. It was the place I'd take everyone too when they said, "I want pizza." With that being said, I went on Dec. 16th 2021 at lunch time hoping to have some decent service to get us back to work. And as some of the other reviewers mentioned, it was some of the SLOWEST service I've ever had. Staffing shortages aside, there are times we're seeing the server completely ignoring our requests while talking to another member of the staff. We ordered drinks and had to wait almost 20 minutes before they showed up. When they messed up one of the drinks, someone in our party had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a ginger ale. Just surprised, since they didn't appear to be that busy at the time. Our server was Conner. Entered for our reservation at 12:20, exited the restaurant at 2pm.As for the food, I ordered the Spicy Pig, Braised beef short-rib and the marinated olives. The short-rib came out burned and not exactly as tender as I remember it being. Not much food for $17, skip it.My friend's Hot Pink pizza came out uncut and without her side of arugula on top. My Spicy pig was supposed to have a fried egg on top, that was skipped. The marinated olives were cold, whereas they are usually warmed. It was just an odd experience to be honest. One that will make me not likely to return in the near future. I hope they get their priorities figured out. It used to be a great joint!

High quality pizza compared to chain, low quality artisan.Pizzeria 712 is a prime example of how presentation can quickly be disregarded once you bite into the food itself. The pizzas I tried all looked gorgeous, the presentation fantastic, and of course the smell was fantastic. Which is why it was such a disappointment to bite into bland flavors in an artisan pizza. The actual sauce itself leaves much to be desired, and doesn't have a long-lasting impression on the palate. It lacks a certain, boldness that should be used to supplement the blandness of the dough. The dough itself has a wonderful consistency, but is left bland as to hopefully take on the flavors of the brick oven, but somewhere along the way the delicious smokiness of the brick oven doesn't manage to seep into their dough. So you're left with generally bland dough, that is then just covered in burnt flour that was left in the oven. The cheese used is nice, and they use a wide variety but the taste is quickly overshadowed by charred dough.I really wish I could say that the dough was a one-off occasion, but before I wrote this review I spaced out three different visits to this restaurant, and each pizza ordered was unfortunately just as equally disappointing the first bite in as the rest.If it weren't for the burnt flower stuck to the dough, and the bland pizza sauce, I would certainly rate P712 higher, but in the end it's the flavor that counts, and the flavors just aren't there comparatively.
