You're not going to get the best pizza you've ever had at Pizza Pie Cafe. That said, what I expect is decent food and a fun place to enjoy with family. Once again PPC delivered an as expected experience and that earns the business a solid three stars.I've been to Pizza Pie Cafe with my son and his family several times now and have an expectation of what the restaurant can be expected to deliver. Meeting that expectation earns a solid three stars. A pleasantly surprising experience will earn an added star. A truly outstanding level of quality and service is needed to earn a five star rating from me. Disappointing me will result in lost stars.

I love the salad bar at Pizza Pie in Orem. It is always fresh, and they have now added blue cheese crumbles as a choice. Yum!They will make a chicken mushroom alfredo pizza at my request as well!It is a great place to grab a quick casual meal at a good price. Great place for families.

This place has gone down hill so much! Very dirty! These teens were to busy chatting in the back then to wipe down tables or the areas that held food. I had to ask for a table to get wiped & one girl made another girl in a wheelchair to do it instead of who I asked because they weren't doing anything but the wheelchair bound girl had to do it. Terrible! I'll never waste my money here again & even my husband said PROVO IS BETTER! We spent an hour here & they didn't clean up anything. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED & WENT TO PROVO!Update: (spent an hr or more) Just left & it was still a giant mess & everyone was still chatting in the back by the sink.

I haven't been to this Pizza Pie Cafe since just after it opened. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I needed to go to frequently. The other day I wanted just a few slices of pizza, so we went here. This location doesn't have the best reviews, but we decided to give it a try.Not much had changed. The pizza was ok, not amazing, but definitely not bad. The selection was pretty good. We ate, and then we left.I wouldn't count this among my go-to places for lunch, but if I had to come back with the family I would definitely consider it. Overall, I was not displeased, but I wasn't awed, either.

Haven't been in around 5 years. I was happy to see the pizza and staff are still top notch. Was assisted by nearly every staff member and the pizza, pasta, and salad.were all the quality I expected. Will visit again.

Horrible experience just to start we walked in and person on cash register walk away instead helping us out.... Then, while we were eating, we see employee scratching her neck bally and other parts of her body then went out and served food without gloves or washing her hand...then we walk out reported to " manager " we really don't know if she really was the manager on duty buy for sure we NOT COMING back to this place

This place is a great place to take the kids out. They enjoy the pizza while i hit the pasta and salad area. It's relatively clean even when Buffets tend to be a little messy as it is. The Pizza was good although I more of a pasta person.

Bathroom with room for 3 people at a time. Changing table is not inside the biggest stall which is nice. Handicap bars are in the stalls. Urinal is automatic. So are the hands towels.

I love this place. They have faster, better customer service than the Denny's in Orem. The pizza here tastes more fresh than the Little Caesars pizza down the street. This place is totally Worth the money to spend on coming here. The employees are so kind and awesome.

Oh, what to say. This is the best place for my family with 6 kids. My oldest doesn't like pizza but loves pasta. My 8 yr old loves salad. The rest aren't too picky, but being able to choose exactly what kind of pizza they want without having to cooperate is just up their alley. The food is good but not great, the prices are good, and there is always a coupon to find somewhere so we end up here at least once a month.
