If you want terrible service, quality, and overpriced food this is the place for you! Specifically, University Parkway Pizza Hut. Ordered our food, was told they didn’t have certain items, I can understand that, ordered what they did have from a rude, put-out employee. Was told they didn’t have drivers, understandable, they can only do so much, so I went in myself. When we got there immediately the Manager (I think) started complaining about customers to a trashy Door Dash driver about changing orders and how they won’t work 1 minute after close. Didn’t stop complaining the entire 20 minutes we sat there after being told it was ready on the phone. To top it all off, food was made wrong, very wrong, chicken wings were cold with literally no sauce, and they forgot the sauces I paid for. If you want pizza in Orem, go to Mountain Mikes down the street. It’s much better service and food for roughly the same money. This location needs to have employees released and quality checks done. SAVE YOUR MONEY IN A TOUGH ECONOMY AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT WANTS YOUR PATRONAGE.
This Pizza Hut location is the absolute BEST at providing TERRIBLE customer service. I have placed my order around 7:50 pm and was told that the food should take a an hour. It is now 9:30pm and I have no pizza!!! So I called the store location, which is at the 386 W University Parkway. If you guys were wondering. To find that they are closed!!! Now I have to eat my very very cold and soggy ham sandwich. Which is provided my post 12 hrs workshift tears. Thanks Pizza Hut. I guess no one can really out Pizza the Hut and it shows.
I placed an order hours ago and it just never came. It was noon so I know it didn't close. I called multiple times to be left on hold for 30 minutes while someone went to check the status of my order and my card was still charged. I want a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE
We ordered at 7:25 pm and it is now 8:40 still no pizza. They said over the phone it'd take 30 minutes. We tried calling the store to see what's going on and apparently they close at 8pm. So I'm assuming our order was canceled without notifying us. We're sitting here starving and my toddler is super hungry as well. This is not ok, why make people wait and starve. AT LEAST TELL US YOU CLOSE AT 8PM BECAUSE WE ASSUMED YOU CLOSED LATER! DON'T TAKE OUR ORDER AND JUST CANCEL IT. AT LEAST FINISHED WHAT YOU PROMISED.

Order some pizza for myself and friends for New Year's. When I went to pick it up I accidentally gave my order to somebody else. And they were so kind and were willing to work with me. We got the issue fixed and I walked away with my order. Great customer service.
Fast service. They read my instructions on where to leave the pizza for contactless delivery, the food was hot, and it was delicious!
We ordered a pizza on Halloween 2021. I had originally attempted to order a pizza from another delivery place but they did not have available drivers. The pizza came pretty quickly. It was a three meat stuffed crust and it was amazing. I had forgotten how long it had been since we had ordered from Pizza Hut, but I would make it a first consideration next time we need a pizza fix
Had a problem with my order as my meaty marinara came with no meat. Once I returned to the store, Brayden was helpful and understanding and fixed my order without hesitation. Mistakes happen but fixing them like he did is the most important thing.
