Wow, they finally admitted it. Just ordered pizza hut and on top of the 5 dollar delivery charge they wanted me to tip on top of that. So I gave 3 dollars. They promised to give me a credit for 20 dollars cause they forgot my order last time. So I was throwing them a bone. I called the store and they said they pushed my delivery from their driver's to door dash. No one again knows where my order is and I asked her why they pushed my pizza to door dash. She told me it was because of my tip. Well I tipped 5 dollars last time and I still never got my pizza. What is the magic amount to tip. I think I flustered her. She tried to hang up as soon as she could. I then ended up. I'm trying not to argue I just want my pizza. Well you should call door dash sir. Wow love the kids that are taking over the country piece by piece.

The pizza is declining in quality. It's still good, but only barely. This location never seems to honor national deals and is constantly "sold out" on the local ones it does honor. The staff clearly do not want to be there, and from the pay being offered on the help wanted sign, and the fairly consistent lack of other employees there to ease the job demands, it's pretty obvious why. They advertise curbside service, but they haven't ever come out the last 3 times I went there for myself or family. After 10+ mins I tend to give up, go inside and wait excessive amounts of time, for what always appears to be the only employee in the store, to get me my pizza.

Three strikes, and this location is out.The first time, my order was incorrect. When I asked for the pizza to be remade I was told it'd be 30-40 minutes for it to come out. AndThe second time, my order vanished from the system, and I was again told about an hour+ wait despite showing proof of purchase and pickup time.Yesterday I thought I figured out the secret and ordered carryout, and checked my order before I left. Toppings looked good. I got home only to learn that my pizza didn't have any sauce. I tried calling to have them start making the replacement pizza and was hung up on repeatedly. I had to drive back to be once again told that I would have to wait 30+ minutes for a correctly made pizza. I asked about the phone situation and they said they were short staffed and couldn't answer the phone. This time they did offer a credit towards another pizza but there's no point when it won't be done correctly.I ordered standard pizzas without complicated instructions. The staff don't appear to be concerned with quality or urgency when a mistake is made. There is zero excuse for hanging up the phone instead of placing a hold.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would.Last night, 3/11, I ordered a Big Dinner Box for delivery. I waited the fully projected 90 min and had the DoorDash driver somehow end up in American Fork. My order was cancelled and there was no effort to resell we or offer a solution that was fair.I called the store and gave them my situation and was put on hold for over 30 min. I had time while on hold to drive into the store and confront the manager. When I asked the manager why I was on hold for 30 min, she told me that there was only one phone and it was in the back and the priority that she had was the customers in the store. When I mentioned that there were no customers in the store, she mentioned the new orders were priority over me. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you.” I then asked for her bosses information and she refused to give me any information. I submitted a complaint against the store online afterwards. The store manager did not offer to refund me, I had to ask her for a refund and there were no other considerations for the time that I waited and the time that I wasted having to come in.Then I called into the call center and requested a supervisor. The person, in the Philippines was nice, but mentioned that they could not get a leader because they were in a closing meeting. When asked where the online complaints go, he said, “they go to the complaint department”.This was the most horrible customer service I have ever gone. I will NEVER do business with Pizza Hut again. This was a HUGE embarrassment for the Pizza Hut and executives and everyone who partners with this company.

I walked in too pick up my order the front counter guy was super nice and friendly. However, I noticed 2 people in the back laughing and giggling. Now I'm cool with fun in the work place, however when it looked into the back room, I observed the girl working opening a beg of product with her teeth. I was completely in AWWWW and EWWWW at this moment. I did saw something to the manager, but I most likely will never return nor order from this location ever again.

So they took an online order for $132. Went to pick it up and they can’t find it even though it went through our card. They can’t make it either cause they can’t show we paid for it even though I show them the email from Pizza Hut. Manager tells me to call corporate and good bye. Second time this place has screwed us. Pizza maker in the back is complaining the entire time he is making pizza and throwing the toppings on. Dirty as heck behind the counter. Don’t ruin your time or night ordering here

we ordered a pizza for delivery and when it came it was cold because it sat on the porch for who knows how how long because they did not knock or ring the doorbell to let us know it was there. We only found out it was delivered because we looked outside, we even used their tracker and it never said it was delivered. Very disappointed ?

Update: I really appreciate how Pizza Hut handled my low star review. They reached out to get a better understanding of the issue and helped me resolve my concerns.Original: They were a bit understaffed so I tried to be understanding. It took quite a while to get my pizza and then it was wrong. The final product was good.

I pulled up for curbside and called to let them know I was there (as instructed). I let the employee on the phone know I had arrived and he put me on hold... for 6 minutes. Finally I hung up and went in. The food was blah...average. Not what Pizza Hut used to be.

Terrible pizza place. Where do I even start?! Ordered 2 pizza's. One wasn't the right pizza and the other was pepperoni that was stale, cold and had like 4 total pepperoni's on it! Took them 40 minutes longer than what they told me. Huge line and the service was terrible. Sitting there waiting for my pizza I noticed the guy making the pizza had long hair without any hair net, was wearing gloves but was going all over the store and not taking gloves off. Just wore the same gloves doing lots of different tasks. with the pizza being gross, wrong and service being obvious I asked for my money back. Got a $40 credit. A month later went to a different location hoping to redeem the credit and they said there wasn't on my account. I would love my money back and this shop should be put under new management or it will just fail.
