The worst experience ever!!! Took 10-15 minutes just to order 2 simple pizza Tuesday specials inside the store even though there were 2 customers at that time only! 3 kids employees were not trained properly (they had poor customer skills and pathetic attitude too!) They tried to overcharge me as well!! Poor customer service overall. One of the employees was trying to flirt with my young son which made us both so uncomfortable! The store was dirty with food laying everywhere on the counters and floor!! It took an additional 10-15 minutes just to make 2 pizzas. We left so disappointed and dissatisfied and grossed out!!!! What happened to the manager lately?
I ordered a pizza online at 2:30pm last Saturday and when I tried to pick it up at 3pm, they were already closed, even when their hours were until 8pm. Now they want me to go to the store to get a refund. Unacceptable. I really like Papa Murphy's pizza, but it seems they are dropping the ball on their customers recently.
They didn't have any pepperoni and didn't even substitute a different kind of meat on my pizza.
I went in and ordered a family size stuffed crust big murphys with no mushrooms the guy who took my order did not listen . First they made a big murphys thin crust with mushrooms. Then they started making it again as a thin crust so I asked him," you did get that that was a stuffed crust big murphy no mushrooms." He said no. Long story short they never did get it right. I will not be going back to this pappa murphys. The customer service there is non existent and the employees dont know what they are doing.
Boys night staple, good pizza! Thanks to the two gals that stayed that much linger to make a pizza for us. Very good, modest amount of toppings, and great customer service!

They were kind and professional on the phone and my pizza was ready upon my arrival. Check out was fast! I definitely wouldn't call this gourmet pizza but the crust is soft, and the taste is flavorful.
We get pizza here once or twice a month. I love their options, and the prices are great. Bake-it-yourself pizza is awesome.
As always the pizzas were good and even though I was a walk in they hadn't pizzas made quickly.
I just made an order online and the pickup time was set for 7:54. When I came just 4 minutes after the scheduled pickup time the doors where locked and the lights where, this was before their posted closing time of 8:00. I did not receive any effort of trying to contact me to confirm I was picking up my order. Overall, a very disappointing experience leaving me both hungry and $30 poorer.
