We come to this location regularly. The pizza is always fresh and exactly what we ordered. The staff is friendly and works hard to do a great job. My only complaint would be that they seem to be understaffed and the wait sometimes can be lengthy.Update: we love this location. We go here almost every week. Sadly it's still understaffed. It feels like the management/owner just doesn't care when it comes to this place.
Here's the thing. We order pizza from here quite often, but it's really become a frustrating experience. Really, I think it's the staff. I get that it's a nice place for teenagers to work, but the management here just isn't good.A few months ago, I went in to one person who didn't know how to take my order. While we were standing there, two other employees meandered in, saying they'd been out on a walk. They took my order and made it poorly while the first employee was on their phone in the back.Today, we submitted an order an hour ahead of time. My husband arrived 15 minutes after our pickup time to no pizza, and a huge line. When someone finally asked him after 10 minutes if he'd been helped, another employee replied, "oh, his is the one I forgot to make." When he finally got our order, one pizza was made with only half the ingredients on it.Will we keep ordering from here? Yes, because it's good enough and easy enough for busy parents to get.Will I leave a tip? Never.Will I hope that this location falls under new management who can help teens learn to be reliable workers and stress quality control? Absolutely.
Their online ordering system is obviously not well integrated into their operations. I ordered a pizza at 1 PM and asked for a 5:15 delivery. I got there at 5:25 and they were completely swamped and had no clue when they would get to it. They only had two people working and the girl kept answering the phone just to tell people it would be an 1.5 hour wait upon which they would end the call. I am thinking girl business 101 you have 15 people stuff into this store waiting and stewing. Don't answer the dam phone get to work! Then and family member of ownership got their and helped these two kids figure out how to get stuff done. My pizza had not even been started and it was ordered at 1PM. Clearly the online ordering is not integrated into their system well. Fix your business and teach your kids how to handle pressure situations!
Won't let me put zero stars!! This place is getting ridiculous. We get pizza at least once a week. The quality keeps going down. And now get home and no sauce with the bread sticks. I called to tell them. It is snowing out so don't want to go back down there. Samantha their so called manager on duty was totally rude! Never again will I order from this place. Absolutely ridiculous the way they treat customers.
I feel absolutely terrible :( there is no manager on duty with 14 and 15 year olds literally running the store. Extremely underpaid staff with terrible working conditions! I see a lot of reviews saying the staff are rude but it’s because they are stressed, underpaid, and over worked. The girls working the store tonight told me some unfortunate words about their manager that treats them like GARBAGE! I hope they find a better job because this is not the place. After speaking with them, they made a great pizza and were actually really nice because I actually took the time to ask how their day is going. Don’t be so quick to judge people unless you know what’s going on.
We like to drop in and pick up dinner here. It's easy to cook and doesn't take long at all. We like to come on Tuesdays for their specials, and we usually buy enough to make fresh pizza for 2 meals when we go. And you can pre order online to save time.
Location is so gross with used gloves all over the floor and employees nowhere to be seen. Waited there for 10 minutes and nobody showed up as if nobody was working. Then as soon as I got into my car there were 3 employees that showed up. Decided not order anymore because of the wait and how gross this location was. Whoever was working that Sunday night shouldn’t be trusted with your food with how disgusting the location was. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait for someone to show up and risk getting food poisoning.
My husband and I came in to order a family size pizza original crust. We got the pizza in a thin crust and then they had argued that it was original crust. I’ve worked at a pizza place in the past and I knew for a fact that was a thin not original crust. Then when waiting for a new pizza to be made the customer before us ordered and they made the wrong pizza for them as well.Along with that they had dirty soap water bucket next to the pizzas.
Called and ordered two pizzas the other night and realized as soon as I got home that it wasn’t enough so knowing papa murphys would close in 30 minutes I immediately tried calling several times and it kept going straight to voicemail so I sent my daughter down to order and while there another lady had the same problem. These kids working gave both my daughter and this other lady a hard time. Businesses really can’t afford to turn away customers as more and more are closing down everyday while blaming it on COVID. Sorry! That doesn’t work for me. Customer service has been lacking for a long time and all I have to say is good riddance. I work hard for my money and I have many choices to pick where I spend it. I see nothing wrong with holding these places to a higher standard. Nothing!
Love the pizza here, but lately it's been lacking. In the past the pizzas were always consistent with lots of topping. The last few visits the pizza has been very inconsistent. Topping are sparse a lot of the time. The normal crust has been super thin. And I've stopped ordering cheese bread (use to be my favorite) as it has gotten way to thin and not good. They stopped giving coupons with the pizzas and they don't let you use texted coupon codes in store. It's always sad when one of your favorite places starts to go down hill.
