I'd give less stars but it won't allow. Ordered pizza for my son's birthday, the pizza arrived after an hour, it was barely warm, and the Alfredo sauce tasted off to my wife and I. I called and reported this, and there was laughter and the phrase "I'm done" from the 2nd person I spoke to just before he hung up on me. I've been both a pizza cook and delivery person, Worst customer service ever from a pizza place and restaurant I've experienced.
Waited TWO HOURS for my delivery and after a phone call to the manager, finally got "Valeria's" order instead of mine. Called to have my original order remade and delivered and waited over another TWO HOURS, and it still has not arrived. It is Friday night and they claim to have only one delivery driver? Poor management. Cold pizza. Not happy ??♂️The manager is applying papa credits to my account and refunding the payment in full. Two "free pizzas" at the end of the day. The cost was hours of hunger and frustration.
I would like to issue a complaint about our order. We placed it ahead of time for 8:30pm tonight. We hasn't received it 15 mins later so I called the store and they said it was warming and they didn't have a driver. We didn't receive a phone call to notify us or ask if we wanted to come and grab it.They did have a driver show up after we called and did deliver it then, however it was cold and the pizza order was incorrect and the experience was a total let down and very frustrating
There's a call center when you try to order over the phone. Took over 20 minutes to order two large pizzas and even then they couldn't figure it out, so I hung up and went to the storefront. I'll call somewhere else next time.
I never patronize here because there is always something wrong when I do. Went to pick up pizzas and one person was ahead of me at the register. Once he was done the kid at the register turned around and walked away and started pressing dough and completely ignored me. After a couple of minutes he said he’d be with me. It was ridiculous but the worst part is the hygiene. The kid had long hair passed his shoulders and wore a beanie that went to middle part of his ear. The rest of his hair was stringey and looked dirty and was hanging while he was working with food. And on top of that after he was done working the register with cash he went straight to touching the pizza dough instead of washing his hands. When I mentioned it to the manager she gave me a snide comment and couldn’t have cared less. Horrible horrible and horrible. Be careful patronizing here. I will never again
Do not buy pizza here!!! Look at papa John’s pictures the image the opposite- that’s what you get!!! We bought 5 pizzas the other night. Pepperoni okay - Hawaiian was all pineapple - the works was all olives little green pepper, and little to no meat.
From my experience, this Papa John’s hasn’t made my order correctly more than once. The sticker on the side of the box said half jalapeños and half onions - on the inside I found a pizza with zero jalapeños and ALL onions. When you spend $20 on a pizza, you expect it to be correct.These onions are small and mixed in with the cheese so it’s not like they can easily be picked out. Just disappointed that this keeps happening and no way to report it or get my money back.
Ordered a pizza at 3-3:30 to pick up at 6:15, went to pick it up at 6:20 and was told just a few more minutes. At 6:45 the order came out, less jalapenos.... But couldn't wait any longer just took the order as it was, very disappointed ?
Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is cause the pizza was good. Other than that, waited over an hour for my order and when I called to check they were super disrespectful and held us on wait over 10 mins on the phone. Called back and the lady said our order was ready than hung up. We showed up still wasn’t ready employee was baked out of his mind and said he would be right with me and I waited for another 10 mins. Haven’t eaten here in over 5 years, probably will be another 5 before I try again
Is this a joke? You call this a pizza? So what you messed up just don’t put it in the box. I should get a new pizza over this.
