Very poor service person at the drive thru. I had to make a correction in my order and was told " that is not possible". She was very rude. I needed white rice not fried rice, 5 year olds ya know. The other gentleman working heard the conversation and asked "can i help". Wow! Nice, I'm sure he heard the not nice tone of his worker. He said " sure, we can do that!". Hummmmm, why couldn't miss congeniality have done that ???, train your workers better please, and she didn't need to grab my card when paying and then throw it back at me.... I wished her a good day and thank you. ... Silly sad people in this world?

I am SO fed up with being handed food I cannot eat after ordering specifically what I need.My last THREE visits: first time asked for white rice (can’t have fried rice) and was handed FRIED RICE. Of course, I didn’t notice until I had brought the food home and opened it up. Second time, asked for sesame chicken and was given ORANGE CHICKEN (how does someone even mess that up?). Third time, today, FRIED RICE AGAIN after asking for WHITE. Now I have to dump my $9 meal.I NEVER leave reviews unless I am either completely amazed or completely appalled. So here I am. I’m sick and tired of the screw ups. And considering this is the nearest Panda drive-thru is the reason I keep trying. But I’m done.I know mistakes happen, but when it’s three different visits in a row, there is obviously something that needs to be fixed. Please be better.

This place is run by airheads. Somehow they NEVER forget to ask for an extra dollar "for primary childrens hospital" (it doesnt go there btw) but they ALWAYS forget something from each and every order. No sauce, no meat, wrong drink, no fork. Yet they NEVER EVER forget to ask out loud in front of everyone if you will please give extra money "for charity" which just gives them tax writeoffs and they act like they deserve to ask for anything extra when their service is so terrible. This chain is trash and the employees don't even try. Done ordering here.

Everytime we go through the drive thru they mess up our order and we never get what we pay for. Its so frustrating, I tell my kids anything but panda for dinner... For this reason. You never get anyone to pick up the phone either! Again..... Where's my teriyaki?

For a good, very Americanized type of Chinese food that goes down easy and doesn't stick around very long, Panda Express is the place for you. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes which is very good. Also, it's nice to have lots of high vegetable dishes for optimum health options. Is it a little pricey? Probably a little bit, but it is worth it because the actual quality of the food is pretty good.

We made fun of my dad for wanting to meet at this Panda Express rather than the one closer to his house, but he swore that this is the best one he's ever been to. We were impressed. This location seems cleaner, faster, and friendlier than you come to expect. There was even a lady walking around the restaurant giving complimentary entrees to dining guests. Well done Panda!

This location doesn't have good service in my opinion. Whenever I go they never have steamed green vegetables and whenever I asked they say it's going to be 20 minutes.The other location near Sprouts Farmers market is a Million times Better!! They have better service? If they are out of the steamed green veggies they always steam some up for me and it's not very long at all.

Usually receive ample servings, but this time the Broccoli Beef is, well, where’s the beef? The noodles and chicken teriyaki are almost the usual amount.

In all honesty if you don't have time to call and complain or time to turn around go somewhere else my order not only was incomplete but my shrimp where raw this honesty ruined my appetite. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else this isn't the first rime I've had this issue here.

I was at first disappointed by my proportions of food when I exited the drive thru. So I came back around and reentered the drive thru to talk to the manager. I told her I felt people were in too big of a hurry. She listened and was VERY COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE THEN GAVE ME MY FOOD AND LETS JUST SAY IT WAS ONE PROFESSIINAL DECISION I COMPLETELY WAS BLOWN AWAY BY. SHE TOLD NE TO DRIVE SAFE SINCE I WAS UPSET AND TOLD ME SHE WISHED ME A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS..... PANDA FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!
