Terrible experience and would not go back. I ordered food for 15 people ahead of time, for curbside pick up at 11:30. I even added a tip since they'd be walking it out to my car. At 11:30 I arrived. They texted that food was done at 11:33. I responded that I'm here in stall 1. 10 minutes later I respond again that I'm still here in stall 1. They respond that food would be out shortly. Another ten minutes goes by I'm now going to be late for my lunch meeting.I walk into the restaurant and wait another 5 minutes to be addressed by anyone. I tell the staff I've been waiting for 20 minutes for food that was they said was ready 20 minutes ago. They then go over to my food that's now cold and get it, ask if I need help getting it to the car. I said no, I can carry the food. I just wished I knew 20 minutes ago I'd have to get it. The girl gave me attitude and said very sarcastically "I hope you make it on time" with a smirk. Horrible service. Food was cold and didn't taste good at all.
We had a wonderful meal at PF Chang's at University Mall, Orem. Our server, Hannah, was very attentive to our needs and request. The manager even took the time to ask how our meal was. We were celebrating a few birthdays in our group and we were treated wonderfully. The restaurant was busy and we had plenty of time to enjoy our conversations and meals and never felt rushed. Very wonderful atmosphere, food, and employees! Thank you!
Poor customer service and paid over $30 for 5 drinks that were served in toddler cups. Filled with ice to the max so about 3 oz was the actual drink. Asked why in the past we have received a full glass of the drink and they said it was probably a mistake from the past. We will not be going over there again.
We had a lovely meal at PF Chang’s. The manager came out and checked on us. It was my son’s birthday and they replaced his chocolate dessert with the apple crisp because he is not a big chocolate fan. It was a very nice gesture. Dustin was a wonderful waiter, super attentive and friendly.
I was so pleasently surprised with this place. I had their duck and it was, no joke, one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. So unbelievably good. Our waitress Mattie (with blue hair) was great. I have cold sensativity to ice water and she brought me sweet water that was room temperature, most thoughtful thing any waitress has ever done.
Great Asian and Fusion food, unlimited white or brown rice, and tasty lemonades. Our server was very helpful and friendly, without being overbearing. Because we were at the very start of the dinner rush our food came quickly but our dessert took a long time.
The only good thing I can say is our take out was done on time. I appreciated not having to wait for my food when pre scheduling pick up.The portions were tiny considering how much the food costs. This would not have been a huge deal if the food was good. Chicken wraps were overcooked and lettuce was shredded so it was basically a chicken salad with no dressing. .Orange chicken was very bland. The broccoli beef was okay.Basically paid $50 to have one half decent entrée that wasn't big enough to share.
Hostess said she texted me…. Didn’t happen…. So we waited extra time to get seated. Even though she saw us sitting in the entry. But the server and service made up for it. Server was good and food was great.
This was excellent Chinese food. First time for me and everything was delicious. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps to start and then the Crispy Honey Chicken and Korean Bulgogi steak. The service was great, just make a reservation - we were at glad we did.
Always a great atmosphere and food! The servers seem to be trained very well and are always accommodating and helpful and strive to take care of you even when it is busy. Some prices have gone up a bit but it is still really good food. For a family of 5 we usually spend $80-$120 depending on what the family feels like eating. The best is to order multiple dishes and everyone shares and can eat whatever they would like. Works well that way!
