Literally just watched a worker finish eating their meal, walked straight back to the kitchen without washing their hands and started to prepare orders. Even got a little pasta sauce on their hands and continued to wipe their hands on their jeans. Then they went back to preparing food. Pretty gross, I’m definitely not going to eat here again.

The food is good, not great. It's a smaller restaurant with adequate seating. Most patrons ordered take-out. They serve a variety of noodle based dishes - pasta, gluten free, and vegetable based noodles.

Hit and miss. Cauliflower noodles are good. Chicken is often overcooked, and very little is included.

Horrible experience with the staff here. Ordered to-go and it never updated to let me know when to pick up. We called the restaurant and they were super unfriendly and did not apologize for making us wait 45 minutes past when we placed our order. They said they would get it ready now so we headed over. I went in to pick up my order and the staff members looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me. I get things being busy but they did not even let me know it Woolf be a minute or anything. It was as if I didn’t exist and the rest of the restaurant was empty . I stood there for a few minutes then spoke up and said I was waiting on a to go order. The lady that helped me was super rude and abrasive. She asked my name and I told her and she shoved my bag at me abruptly and then walked away. I told her “thank you” and she looked at me and did not respond. Stick to the Provo Noodles &Company. Their staff is way more hospitable and actually treat you like a respectful human being. Food was decent. Just not worth the treatment.

I was a little skeptical, a noodle place with large variety from Italian styles, to vegan, Asian, and some Latin flavors too. I. Decide to go with the Cheese tortellini and garlic cream. Great choice! The picture may not be the best but it was really great.

Freezing cold inside the restaurant and you have to order online. Also, if you don't request cutlery in your online order, you don't get any. However, the food did taste good when it was finally done.

The food at this location is hit and miss. I eat the same thing every time. Some days, it's dry, and tastes as if it sat there for an hour. And other times, it's fresh, and delicious. Today, wasn't bad, but I there wasn't much chicken on my Mac. It wasn't busy at all, I walked right up to the counter. The dining room was clean and well kept, and the girl who took my order was very friendly, and helpful. She was great.

Too overpriced for portion sizes. We came here just barely and upon seeing our ordered "large" entree, the bowl was only halfway full. Food isn't anything to brag about. Don't buy drinks here either as the workers are too lazy to change the syrups when they go out and they refuse to even look. I'm sorry, but after paying $2.19 plus tax for a drink, I'd expect at least half the syrups to be in. Won't be back here after going multiple times and being disappointed.

The food is always pretty good. The penne rosa is good, and I also like the Pad Thai noodles. Not giving full stars because 1) the quantity is not enough, I never get full and if I’m spending $10 I better be getting full… and 2) to add protein (chicken, shrimp etc) is like at least 4$ which feels steep.Still tastes good though

I ordered a large and very detailed order online for my office today. Not only was Noodles and Co very timely with the order, they got EVERYTHING right. We're talking 13 individual and customized orders and they did it perfectly. I walked in and waited maybe 3 minutes for an available employee, but they were busy and I understand that. I walked out with 13 perfectly made orders and walked in my office to get an absolutely satisfied staff. These guys are great :)
