Avoid this location. They are also slow to process orders.But today was really bad. I clearly specified my order. However, they got the order wrong and charged me too much for it. I told them my correct order, to which they simply tried to give me the correct food while charging me too much. I had to talk to the manager, who was very disinterested in helping and argumentative, and had to go through each part of the order to show how they charged me too much.This location is a joke. If you want McDonald's, go to a different location.
Unfortunately a poor experience. I'll start with the positives; the worker at the first window was really nice and the nuggets I got were hot and fresh. The negatives were significantly more memorable though. I ordered 6 nuggets and a double cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was really cold, kinda squished, and the ketchup was all over the outside of the bun. Definitely not something you'd want to eat. I also saw one of the workers pass a bag of food out to the car in front of me. A minute or two later, the car passed the bag back to the worker and it looked like they had realized that wasn't their order. When I pulled up to the window, the bag was still sitting there and they handed it out to me. I didn't say anything because it was late and it looked like everything was still wrapped up, but food handlers laws prohibit giving customers food that has already been handed out wrong, even if it looks fine. If you've got the time, just drive a mile up the street and get some In-and-Out instead.
I don't go to McDonald's very often, maybe 6 times in a year. When I do, it's usually for a quick breakfast sandwich. I ordered one on the app yesterday (2nd time using it-discovered they have great deals here) and it was one of the best I've ever had. Got one for my husband this morning and he said the same thing. That is really saying something as he worked for McDonald's for several years through high school and college. Staff were fast and efficient. Good job
The lady in the drive thru has zero business being in drive thru. If she wants to have an attitude throw her on the cooking line. She spoke minimal English for one. Couldn’t understand that I asked for an iced coffee.. my husband was ordering for me and when she didnt understand I started speaking and ordering for myself and she tells me “I am not talking to you I am talking to him” and blatantly interrupted me. My husband looked at me and said “Nope. We’re leaving” y’all are gonna loose business keeping her in the window. That’s embarrassing
Whoever hires the staff at this location probably did work work the IRS...( as stated on here before) the black lady that takes your order..poor girl, probably has never worked with the public...needs to learn GOOD MORNING! AND SAY THANK YOU!.. THE HISPANIC MANAGER IS EVEN WORSE. HAS A "I COULD CARE LESS ATTITUDE" FOR SURE...SO IT GOES BACK TO THE ONE THAT HIRES PEOPLE WITH ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS..
I have gone a couple of times through drive thru and also have ordered including DoorDash we are always missing items or they never get the order right. It’s very frustrating because we are paying for that and they make us pull into a stall to get the rest of our food that we are missing and then we end up waiting 20-30min and at the they state where is the receipt when in the first place they didn’t give you one. I do not know what is going on with this place but it is freaking ridiculous worse place ever!
Came through one night to order McDonald’s for my family -including some extended family who were at home and was lectured rudely that how much was ordered was way too much and unhealthy. I told him it was for all my family at home and that I don’t think that’s any of his business. He continued to be rude and so I called for manager and she seemed out of it and did nothing. Definitely my worst fast food restaurant experience ever! I will never forget this experience.
Was ignored and unable to order. Accessibility is also an issue.poor customer service. The cashier looked right at me and walked away. Terrible even for mcdonalds standards. Would have given -5 stars if it was an option. I do not recommend this mcdonalds.
Very nice and clean mcdonalds, good food and service. Bathroom was very well designed and modern but the toilet wasn't super clean. But that's a small thing.
Save yourself the wait and disappointment and just go to north Orem or better yet Springville, or even better yet any other restaurant. Idk how they do this but every time the condiments end up on the top of the bun it legit bewilders me.
