HORRIBLE horrible service. Went through the drive thru around 12:30 with a mobile order and gave them my code. Got “my” receipt and let them know at the food window that it wasn’t my order and they had put in the wrong code. I told them what my order was supposed to be: just a simple cheeseburger. I thought they were figuring it out but instead they sent a girl who didn’t speak English to ask me to pull to the second window, which I did. After waiting there for over 10 minutes for ONE cheeseburger, I realized they just pushed me off because they were busy and didn’t want to deal with it. Ridiculous. Might as well take the wrong food next time and avoid the headache this caused me and let them deal with aftermath of THEIR mistake.

As a mom just trying to find a place to eat lunch with my daughter, I spent a frustrated time trying to figure out which fast food places actually allow you to eat inside their building now. I'm fine if you don't want to offer that as an option but AT LEAST make sure that's clear on your website or Google Maps. I ended up having to go through the drive thru at a completely different chain.

Came in late at night to try the Shamrock. They were absolutely slammed. Long lines a little waiting. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Now I know why everyone waits. Made my night!!

Pritty good fryes. I lik the nice suttle crunch of them. Also good shaks. Very yumy food. I lik the doller menu but be carful becuz of tax so its mor then a dollar. Werkers are very nise.

I gave it to because they're very efficient with their regular customers but not with DoorDash drivers They always have set me aside and forget about me and they need to treat their doordash drivers just like their customers because their customers are always in and out and yet why are DoorDash drivers sitting aside?? And if there's glitches going on in the computer system or they're not even getting the order they need to let the driver know that, I would highly suggest that they put a specific spot aside for drivers so that they can call in and see how long the order will take That will allow them to decide whether they need to wait or not or hand it to another driver! They're just very inefficient with door dash! Every single time no matter what time of day I've gone to the store it's the same

I know it’s McDonald’s, so you shouldn’t expect great customer service, but this is scary. We went through the drive thru and everything was great until they handed us a bag of food that had fries in it and so my brother and I took a few out, they were fresh and tasted great! Then the guy working the window asked for the bag back so he could put it in a bigger bag? Even though we had taken fries out and eaten them already. Reluctantly I gave them back and then they asked us to pull into the next window. Not even 5 minutes later they give us two bags and say that they were out of big bags. When we got home (we live 2 miles from the place) the fries were soggy, old, and gross. Definitely not the same ones they gave to us the first time. They switched out the fries!! Not only was this a health concern to whoever they gave the fries to but also to me. I hope I didn’t get any food that they gave to someone else, took back, and then gave to me!

I don't think I have ever had my order messed up anywhere more than this Mcdonalds in my life. I always do my best to be patient and polite to fast food workers knowing its not the best job and most of them are just working hard to make a living. But seriously you need to talk to these people in a 3rd grade reading level for them to make sure they give you a drink with your straw.

Several times I have experienced problems in this McDonalds. Let me just tell you about the most recent, December 3, 2021 in the evening. The male employee yelled at us while giving or $35 order. For instance, I said I wanted a small strawberry shake. There was dead silence for about 8-10 seconds. I thought he was entering it into the computer and was waiting for him to ask what else we wanted. Instead, he shouted, "I am still waiting for you to tell me what size of shake you want!" He chewed me out a couple of times. We didn't check the order for accuracy before we left. At this location that is very important. We started driving away and realized we didn't have straws, ketchup, spoons, or napkins. We swung around and I walked up to the window to request those items. As I returned to my car, my wife also informed me that my milk wasn't included. I figured I would just forget it, but at that point my easy going wife was frustrated. I returned to the window for the milk. We drove away, and my wife realized that her strawberry shake was actually some kind of smoothie. Of course we didn't go back the 4th time. Often this McDonald's makes errors on the order. Usually they are not rude like they were on 12-3. Regardless, there are several other McDonald's close by. The one on 800 N always has great service, hot food, and completes the orders correctly.

Lol ?It’s customers have almost zero expectations and McDonald’s itself could care less about what the public thinks. Why should they? It’s a worldwide name. Most people go out of habit.

The food was hot and the biscuits and gravy were good. First time I've experienced that option there and hope to encourage my local McD's to add it to their menu in the future.
