First off, love Marcos Pizza and have been going there for months now; easily one of the best pizza joints in the area. I normally don't complaint, but after going back after a little over a month, the overall service quality I feel has significantly dropped. Which for me is really sad to say.One of the Deluxe Pizzas I recently ordered from there was easily one of the worst made pizzas I've ever seen (see Image below) and for $15 nonetheless. Everything else from my order was overall good though.We did go back and the folks there were nice enough to replace the pizza for us without any issue but something needs to change quality-wise. Might just go to the Lindon location for now until meaningful changes are made.Yes, I filled out the tellmarcos survey before you ask.
Used to order from here atleast 2 or 3 times a month but recently it's bad. My well done wasn't done I was missing sauces and the crust topper and the chicken was just tiny pieces of breading. I shouldn't have to let food get cold waiting for a wrong order. I would no longer recommend this location.
Ordered two pepperoni magnifico pizzas and they were not well done like I asked and neither came with the crust topper. The location in Ogden is much better! This pizza tasted like middle school cafeteria pizza. Not fresh at all. Sad experience.
The pizza is tasty. But I've had too many problems at this location. Half the time I show up and there's 1 employee. At 8 p.m. The owner perpetually understaffs this place. The owner of this location is obviously just cutting costs. I'll probably be back. But dude, it says 10 pm closing time, I showed up at 910 and the guys inside wanted to shut it down. And not wanting anything gross in my pizza I decided to wait for another night.
Food was good, but they lost my order, and I had to sit another 20 minutes. Oh, BTW, if you don't like pizza "waist line," this is definitely not for you.
It's amazing pizza.. Thought another pizza place was something we didn't need but it's amazing very big toppings and crispy top pepperoni. Better than any pizza place for sure
I would leave a 0 but i can't.Ordered a pizza and waited an hour and got nothing. So I called and they told me "we are sending it out now. Should be delivered in 8 min." I waited 16 min and got nothing so I called again. Then I was told the pizza was sitting there and not picked up to be delivered.So after 1.5 hrs and no pizza later I had to cancel and go get pizza at a different place. Thank you Domino's for getting us pizza
Being something of a life-long "pizza guru," and having refined and 'not-easy-to-please-tastes' in all matter of culinary, including pizza -- I recently tried Marco's Pizza for the first time ever.I placed an order, for a set time two days prior to the delivery date. The employee whom I spoke to on the phone seemed very attentive and competent. My order was an XL barbecue pizza and barbecue chicken wings. My order arrived only 15 minutes late -past the specified time. The "delivery boy" apologized for the slight delay and was very cordial.The pizza and chicken wings arrived very hot as though they were just out of the oven. I was not, however, overtly impressed with the quality of either the pizza or chicken wings -- simply put they weren't that much better than any other 'generic' or common pizza joint in the northern Utah area of Orem, but they were at least decent tasting enough.Based on my experience with Marco's, even though there prices are definitely higher than that of most other pizza joints, I would definitely be willing to give them my business again if only for their competent service alone, but they are too 'pricey' for my budget, generally-speaking...
Best cheesy bread and great customer service. They were quick and even gave my son a free drink. Definitely coming back
