Lucy’s is delicious!I have never been disappointed when I eat here. The pizza is huge, the New York style slice size and crust width is well within New York limits. My wife loves the margarita pizza and I could go for just about anything there.I stopped by on Wednesday for a quick bite and got a calzone. The thing was huge and only cost $7 with two types of cheese and one topping. Of course I added more to it, but it was totally worth it. I usually stop in there between 1 and 3. It’s not too busy around that time so you get excellent service relatively quickly.I do wish they would bring back the breakfast pizza. That was probably my favorite.Looking for a great place to grab a slice? This is your place!

I love Lucy(‘s) - my family and I have been coming here for years and it’s always been incredible! However, I haven’t been in about a year. A few things have changed…. No wait to be seated (no big deal) no olives and oil with order (kind of bummed) but no plates and silverware with the food is a little lazy. They do have a spot with paper plates and napkins. All of the aforementioned things are not a huge deal and I’m being picky, but the issue I did have is ordering a beer and it coming out half full of foam and after letting it settle it was a legit half beer. I understand not knowing how to pour beer let alone from the tap so it’s understandable. I did. Ask for the beer to be topped off and it was just replaced with a new beer that was almost full. So thank you for a beer and a half and for the amazing food! Maybe get a little training on pouring beer and maybe go back to how you used to be ! But I will still support you and eat your pizza. 5 stars still even with my rant. Cheers

Service was slow. You have to cut your own pizza, grab your own utensils, grab your own plate, and clean up after yourself and others. They ask for a tip to make your pizza that's it, no customer service. With four people working, not much service was going on. The place was dirty, I didn't see anyone cleaning or clearing tables. Pizza was okay definitely not Real New York style pizza, had way better.

excellent pizza we usually go for the specials but the wings are definitely a must

They have lost my business. Expect to pay $70 for a cold meal. It’s dine in, but expect to serve yourself the whole experience. From seating yourself, grabbing your food, to cleaning up after yourself. Usually this sort of thing isn’t a big deal and can be well done. Lucy’s did not, and I highly doubt they will figure it out. The service here used to be good. With appetizers and a complimentary plate of olives and pickles brought out before your meal. Your pizza getting served to you when it’s hot and ready. Not anymore. You have to line up for your food, wait an hour for it, pick up silverware, napkins, plates yourself…. And when your pizzas done, a buzzer will tell you so you can pick it up at the window. It was hardly warm and by my second piece it was cold. The cheese sticks we had ordered came after we were done with the pizza, and the complimentary olives and pickles are now 3 bucks and won’t be refilled. For a 70 buck meal not worth it! So expensive for a bad experience.

Ordered two pies and wings. Ordered a meat lovers and a MARGARITA. Drive 30 mins home to find I got a cheese pie instead of margarita (delta was $4). Called back to get a refund. They offered to give me the right pie. I explained I live 30 mins away. The girls kept saying "so what's the issue?" I said I'm not driving back so I'd at least like to be refunded the difference if you aren't going to give me a refund. She said the manager is too busy to do that. I asked for her name. She hung up. Called back thinking she didn't hear me. I could hear voices in the background when I asked for her name again. She hung up again. Too bad their customer service is so bad because their food is actually pretty good. Won't be ordering from here again. Maxwell's all the

Terrible customer service. Not clean, not professional. Pizza cook with long hair without any hair net, he was too busy flirting with the cashier who after handling my money and other peoples money went over and started placing topping on pizza with her dirty hands. The store ran out of 18 inch pizza boxes so they chopped the crust of our pizzas to make them fit in a 15 inch box. Called to speak with manager, dirty hands cashier girl was nice on phone but said manager unavailable when I asked why she said went out on a delivery. Keep in mind this pizza place does not offer delivery. She promised manager would call back but never did.My only regret is not taking pictures of the deformed pizzas to post here. For the record my total bill was over 90.00 with tip. This is not a cheap place for pizza and they need to up their game to match the prices.

This place is not cheap if compared with other pizza places, they need to up their game and standards to match their prices.

A family member introduced us to Lucy’s about a year ago. I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times in the last year. I like their pizza, calzone and I really appreciate the extra touches of the olives and pickles. My favorite though is their wings (which they tend to sell out of frequently) On our first visit the service was great and the only thing that might have improved the meal is if they offered Diet Coke. Since that initial visit last November service has gotten noticeably and progressively worse. Seriously don’t go when you are hungry. Tonight was really disappointing. I called in an order then waited 40 min past pickup time to learn my wings that I had confirmed specifically before ordering had apparently gone to another customer and they had no record of my large pizza. It took 10 more minutes to get a refund. The restaurant has potential but it is not being managed well in what is admittedly a very challenging time. That being said, other restaurants are facing the same challenges and thriving.EDIT: The owner responded to my post hoping to make things right. It was a kind offer but ultimately I was just happy to see that they are working to improve the customer’s experience. I stopped in this week and the food and staff were great. I was promptly seated and served. Keep up the great work!

The pizza was delicious but the service was very poor. No one knew how to answer any questions we asked in our group about items on the menu, the appetizers didn’t come out before the pizza but rather after the pizza (almost an hour and a half after we ordered), and the speed of the service was poor. When ordering a dessert pizza they didn’t seem to think it existed even though it was literally on the menu. I would have expected better training on how to answer menu item questions and in general.
