The ice cream was next level good. The large portions and fun environment made this my new favorite icecream place. We had a party of 16 show up without calling ahead. They got us seated quickly and served super quick. We asked for something small for my daughter and they brought out a huge amount of icecream, she was super excited about that. The waitress even brought my son a free cone. The staff was super friendly and very helpful eventhough they were super busy. It was an experience my kids won't forget (besides the baby)
The ice cream was really yummy! You get a ton of ice cream too. The food was alright, I'd come back but only for the ice cream. Would be a 4-star if there food was a little better but the ice cream is amazing!
The food is pretty good but the icecream is amazing. The staff is always helpful. Great place to go as a family.
Went for my birthday. Can you tell what flavor I like?!! We had 15 people 5 different checks some food and ice-cream. He made no mistakes and it all came out quick on a Friday night.
This is home of the best ice cream ever. My wife has a sensitive ear, and we asked to sit in a quieter section. Josh Alridge was at the front and made sure we sat in a quiet closed section. He ended up serving us, he was professional, considerate and asked what we wanted to eat. I asked about the Pastrami Burger, I said I don’t normally like pastrami but if he could make it juicy and add mushrooms I bet I would like it. Josh made sure what was created was the best burger I have ever had in my life. I’m seriously thinking about going tomorrow for lunch. Josh made us feel like family, he gave us the best service ever, the rest of the staff were kind and had welcoming smiles. I no doubt will be bringing my family back here soon, thank you Josh for being who you are and providing the best service anyone could ever receive.
The ice cream is good, not great. Good selection of flavors. The portions for ice cream is HUGE but the price is a little high so you get what you pay for. The wait on this occasion was long. I'd say close to 30 minutes so I lowered the rating by a star. I'll be coming back to see if service is quicker and update the score.
We love Leatherby's! The ice cream is huge and delicious. We also really like the fries and fry sauce. Our favorite sandwich is the buffalo crispy chicken.
Second time visiting Leatherby's but my first visit to this location. The first-time visit was due to all the rave about this place so we stopped by to try their ice cream. The presentation was definitely a WOW factor, but the taste was lacking. Honestly, we got roped in because of a coupon.Second visit (1st to this location) we decided we were going to go here for the whole spread (dinner and ice cream). Dinner was disappointing - nothing stuck out on the menu so we got recommendations from our server, Josh, who really made this experience top notch. Food was bland and nothing out of the ordinary - I personally wouldn't come back for the food. The ice cream, well, even though it gave a WOW factor on the presentation (served in old school fancy glasses), the ice cream taste reminded us of the cheap "Bucket" ice cream that parents used to get when they wanted to get a bang for their buck for the kids.The only thing I seriously would come back for was the service Josh gave us - he was super attentive and checked on us often to make sure we were doing well. Josh took this review from a 3-star rating to a 4-star rating.
We’ve wanted to come here for sometime. We’ve had ice cream from other locations on the past but never food. We are super happy with the flavor and quality. Loaded fries are the way to go! And of course a Cookies and Cream shake to finish it off. I will say the fries could have been cooked a little more.
