The food is okay, mediocre at best. They charged us $10 for a 4 year old that eats about $1 with of food. The only redeeming quality was that the waitress was on top of filling the water, I usually drink about 2 cups with each meal and I couldn't even keep up.Overall, just go to the Feast, they charge appropriately for kids and the food is fresh and way better quality.
Worst experience I had today when I eat. First I sit down to eat my food the waiter only came once to fill the drink and it took forever just to fill the drink. Second when I got my second plate of food the where big part of the lettuce in the salad. Waiter didn’t come to see how the food was or anything . Then as I proceeded to eat my rest of my food the fried bananas were Burnt . This point I was already mad. I notice my ticket be more then usual so I question the hostess. Instead of the hostess said it was dinner prices instead of lunch prices. Had no problem in paying for the ticket but the next the hostess need to speak up and say it dinner prices. I work as a waitress and I know how treat and to be honest . I will never ever eat their again. Worst service ever .
Holy shellfish Batman! Shrimp and shellfish everywhere! They've got prawns, crawdads, mussels, shrimp, and other shellfish I'm unfamiliar with. As a person with a mild shellfish allergy I recommend caution. The staff are very good at keeping everything clean and preventing cross contamination where they can but total prevention is impossible here. There's shellfish at every counter, I'd recommend at least one shellfish-free counter. Great food though. If you love shrimp this is your spot!
We were dying for Asian food. Nobody can agree what kind…Mongolian grill? Sushi? Chinese? Thai? This place was perfect. It had it all. It hit the spot for all four of us, which is rare! There were tons of people there because of graduations, which I was worried about, but I had no need for concern. Everything was well stocked, the staff was pleasant and actually ran if we needed anything, including our check. The sushi is fresh rolled in front of you and the Mongolian grill has great choices. The only thing we missed on it was water chestnuts. I was very impressed and felt it was well worth driving from Springville to Orem.
I've been to buffets before like this and they've not been as good as this one. This one was good variety the food looks really good. I got to try a bunch of different foods and they all tasted fresh to me. They have a Mongolian Barbecue, that they make right in front of you. It's very good and I'd recommend it. I'd go back again
Kings buffet was good. The sushi was tasty. The sushi was a little slow at first being made. I am told this is just a fluke and they are usually quite fast. I would have given them five stars but I had to ask them to make more sushi. The sushi is the reason I went to Kings buffet. The Mongolian barbecue is pretty good as well.
It's hard for me to leave a 3 star review for a restaurant, as a 2-star already means "not recommended at all". The food presentation is great, and the facility is clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. The food on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. Came here for my sister's birthday, and only one or two items that I tried were acceptable. I found some items undercooked, and overall just plain bad. I don't think I'll be returning to this location as the only good things were the ice cream and cake, which aren't made in house.
I can't believe this place has an average of four stars. It wasn't horrible, but I don't feel like it was worth my money and even giving three stars might be generous. There's another buffet just slightly north of here that has a way better Mongolian grill and the entire buffet is just... better. This place can't even compare to that one.Anyway, at King buffet anything that was breaded was soggy. The seafood tasted like it was old. The cold sushi was okay, but the fried sushi was awful because it just was soggy. The pot stickers tasted like they had been frozen, thrown in the oven, and then sat out for a long time. The desserts left much to be desired, but I feel like that's normal at a buffet. The banana pudding was good, I'll give them that. The Mongolian grill would be a redeeming feature if it weren't for the fact that when they flipped the food over they kept getting bits of one person's food mixed in to other people's food.I will say that the tables and floor were very clean and they have gloves available for people to help keep things sanitary. Kudos for that.Ultimately, I didn't walk out... I ate the food I had, but I'm not coming back. Not worth it. If I were you and reading this I would choose to go somewhere else.
No one was using the plastic gloves when going through the buffet. Which they have in place because of COVID. I thought the food tasted old and gross. But I really liked their Mongolian food area.
We arrived right before the dinner prices took effect and they honored the lower lunch price. The buffet pans were mostly full and warm. Did the Mongolian Grill and definitely had my fill of shrimp. Our server Robby was great and kept an eye out for refills. Very nice variety of choices for any type of eater.
