The woman taking my order was so rude. Like audibly sighing at me when I had to change my order. Now I’ve worked drive through before, and I get that getting a van of people pulling through and disrupting your drive through times is anxiety inducing at best, and can cause a pile up at worst, BUT THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME AND THEY WERE STILL GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE As I added more to my order. Then when I got to the window and I asked if I could please add one thing I had forgotten One thing they said “I already have a line I’m not going to do that”There was only one person behind me at that point…I don’t know.. i guess I’ll just go somewhere else next time
My family came in to get a 12 piece bucket and the chicken is under cooked. My parents are sick and all they had to say was “ sorry bring in the receipt and a doctors note” are you for real. Like really they could have salmonella and that’s all they have to say. And even if we went to the doctor what are they going to do. I’m totally appalled at the service. I can’t believe someone could treat a military family so poorly. If this doesn’t get salved in a decent way we will be contacting our attorney. The order was even made wrong. Everything was nasty. We will definitely be hesitant on going back.
Delicious outside, but dryer than I like inside. Every time. Service is lacking, they frequently get my order just a little wrong but so far no crazy errors. I am reviewing now because I dont think ill be going back for a WHILE.
I don’t do much fast food but wanted to try the new beyond meat nuggets. They were so good! Never even opened my dipping sauce. I also loved the new orange mt dew! So peachy good
You have to order online to pick up food in the store. I tried to download the app to do that but they want all of your personal info and there's no option to opt out of calls or texts.
I tried the Beyond Chicken here, and I loved it! We drove through in the morning and got hot, fresh, flaky, delicious nuggets!Nuggets!! It was so good! I love the fries, too! I even said Del Taco has competition ?Good job to the morning shift at this location! You guys made my vegan belly happy ?
The people have never been unkind in this location. I love using this kfc. Thanks for always being nice to customers.
Waited 30+ minutes for my food to come out to me in the front, where they directed me. Never came. Nice too when your lobby is open for online orders only, how convenient.
The experience today was awesome. Super fast service at the drive through and fresh chicken. The lady at the window was also very nice.
Almost every time I go to this kfc, my order has something wrong. It's like any slightly additional instruction you give is literally just ignored or they forget a second later.
