We went through the drive thru and the girl working didn't hear my mom say we wanted 2 larges. No big deal though.
Waited in line for 10-15 minutes. I was third in line, and by the time I was second in line, an employee came out and seemed to start taking orders and payments. I got skipped. Maybe the assumption was that I would be next in line anyway? Either way, I knew that I would now be waiting for the orders of the people in front of me and behind me to be done before I even got to order, so I left.They're usually pretty slow, and I like supporting something local over the big name coffee places, but I just had the realization I am always apologizing for poor service here. I'm sure they won't miss my business, and there are a lot of other local options for coffee now.Their frozen mocha drink is decent.
Ordered a pumpkin spice latte, Betsy suggested some additions and I took her up on it. Incredible cup of coffee! Great service!

This is the only place in Utah County that I can go to consistently get a good cup of coffee–real coffee. They have a few options for some sweeter coffee drinks if you're into that, but I typically stick with the classics because I don't like my coffee too sweet. Their hot lattes, cappuccinos, dirty chais, and the Dirty Joe iced are some of my favorites. I usually ask for half the amount of flavoring (vanilla and lavender is fantastic), and it's always the perfect ratio. The entire feel of the place is incredibly relaxed and chill. Employees are kind and helpful without needing to be over-the-top and making the interaction feel forced or artificial. Despite usually being pretty busy, I've always felt that my coffee was made super quick. They also keep dog biscuits under the counter, so naturally, they've become my pup's favorite place as well. Thanks for being our favorite coffee shop in UT County!
Just had a matcha sent from the HEAVENS. Seriously the best place i’ve been to. Such kind and wonderful workers. Would definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t been already :)
Favorite coffee shop in Orem! Best baristas EVER! I love their chai but you really can’t go wrong with any of the drinks. Awesome cold brew, amazing juice. The renovation they did was also awesome so if you need a place to sit down and relax, the lobby rocks!
the BEST GD coffee shop around !!! i go here religiously and swear by their matcha, it cannot be beat! the customer service is always immaculate <3
