Freaky slow delivery and incorrect order. We were staying just 9 blocks from the store. When we finished our order over the phone, we pre-tipped $10 and were told that our order would “be over in a minute.” When I called after 50 minutes, they told me it was out for delivery, and would be there soon.I waited another 20 minutes without anyone arriving. I called again to let them know I would be coming to pick up my order and wanted my delivery fee and tip refunded. I was informed of how busy it had been today and that they had made 3 times as much money as they normally do. This was good for them, but bad for me. In defense of the teenager telling me this information, she did say she was sorry our delivery was taking so long.The delivery arrived in the next 5 minutes. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be delivered.Upon reviewing the order inside, the receipt had the correct sandwiches listed, but some of the sandwiches in the box were incorrect.Overall, it was a poor experience. I sympathize with short handed fast food establishments, busier than expected nights, and teenage staff, but I also think it would be fair to expect Jimmy John’s to communicate an estimated delivery time, so I’m aware of what my wait will be when ordering and not disillusioned that it will be “freaky fast”, or correct for that matter.
My son and I both very much enjoyed our sandwiches. He had the Pepe and I had a roast beef that I added turkey and ham to so that it would be a club. I had an original and he had a slim. These were on French bread. I love how you can customize your sandwich (we both ordered on the app). The curbside delivery was really slow. I actually had to call them to get them to bring it out. But they were very busy in their defense.
Hoping I can help boost the low reviews. This store has the least amount of workers I’ve ever seen in a business and has the workers working almost 50+ Hours a week and they really try their best. Support your local jimmy Johns by bringing them food instead of having them bring you food. Stop complaining and make your own dang sandwich
Tried to place an order online, it wasn't working. I called the store and was informed they don't have enough delivery drivers. Isn't this what they made their reputation on? FAST DELIVERY!?!?! Guess I wont be using JJ's anymore
We love the food.. when we are given what we order. The last two times our orders have been wrong. And not one or two sandwiches but all of them. At least one thing missing from each combo. It's very annoying how we can customize and add items but then we don't get what was ordered.
Not a huge fan of the breaded sandwiches. But this place will wrap any sandwich in a salad wrap and call it an unwich. And Unwiches are amazing!
Read the instructions more carefully for my order. I'm not satisfied with my order I didn't want a certain item on my sandwich and now that I took it off my sandwich it took all the oil and vinegar with it that I wanted. So thanks now my sandwich has no oil and vinegar.
Order was quick but had moldy bread. Had to throw away my food :/
Being gluten free getting the unwich has been a great choice for lunch. Always fast and kind service.
Love Jimmy Johns, and this location! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The JJ Gargantuan is the best! The large size feeds our family of 4.
