I've been a loyal customer to Ivie for years now because it's my favorite place to get a shake and acai bowl. BUT as of lately, the Orem Ivie, has been very inconsistent with their shakes. I've gone enough to know how it should taste and of lately it has not been good. Just today I got a cocoa delight and rock that road for a friend who has never had Ivie and I have to say I'm disappointed that her first time, the Rock that Road was bitter and it tasted mostly like way too ripened bananas. I want to continue to come here because when it's good, it's the BEST! But when it's not, it's not worth it. Maybe implement exact instructions and recipe to guarantee the best quality and taste.
I love Ivie! Their juices are amazing and so fresh. I love the warrior and the oxygen. Those are my go-to's! I come all the time. I love how the juices make me feel. I also really like the rock that road protein shake. I love that I can customize it as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Try Ivie, you won't be disappointed!!
I liked the acai bowls. Have not tried anything else but so far so good.
My body and mind always feel so much better after ordering from Ivie Juice Bar. Their offerings are delicious and creative, and provide results. Highly recommended. Bonus points for the social friendly atmosphere of the Orem juice bar area.
Went here for the first time because I needed something right after a workout so I got a bowl. I asked the guy to not include protein in a specific bowl because I wanted everything in the bowl except the protein. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and asked me 4 times about why I wanted to remove the protein and each time I responded saying just cause I didn't want it. I'm not sure if he ever quite understood what I was saying and went back and made a bowl and brought it out. I then needed an extra spoon for another person who was sharing the bowl with me. We tried to get the guy's attention to ask for another spoon and he looked right through a couple times until he finally came over and brought an extra spoon. Then as we were eating it, we noticed the bowl was a little sparse so we checked to see if it had all the ingredients that were listed on the label, but the guy who made the bowl left out at least half on the fruits that were supposed to be included in the bowl. Overall a terrible experience.
I love ivie!! the bowls are amazing! seriously pick anything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed:)

This place is cute and trendy but in my opinion very overpriced. Especially since they don’t use organic fruits or vegetables. They also always mess up my order and yes they fix it but don’t compensate for their mistakes. I’ve waited over 30 min for a shake and that actually happens a lot! They also charge me different prices for the same thing. Understaffed, disorganized and overpriced. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming here anymore :(
Pretty bummed because I’ve been going to Ivie for years, but had a not-so-great experience tonight and I won’t be going back. My sister and I bought a bowl to share and realized after purchasing that she had been feeling a little sick that day. Not wanting to get me sick, we decided we’d just split the bowl and use our own spoons/bowls to be safe. I asked one of the workers for an extra cup and mid question she walked away from me. She realized I was asking her something and came back but looked at me like she didn’t know what an “extra bowl” meant when I asked. I sat back down and the older woman who works there (I think owner) came out with 3 small water cups and put them on the table. I said “oh I’d like a bowl so we can split it!” And she looked at me and said “well that costs more so if you want to pay for it I’ll give you one.” Never in my life have I been so caught off guard by the service somewhere. Or I guess lack thereof. At that point I would have just hoped she would give a bowl and nicely let me know that next time they charge to split the bowls. She wasn’t kind about it. Like I said, I won’t be going back.
i’ve been coming here for years, and hadn’t in the last year with covid. i picked up a sunrise smoothie here and it was sooooo bad. there was no fruit in it, it tasted just like straight protein powder and almond milk. it was so runny too. save your money and go to gingers garden cafe in springville for an good smoothie where you actually get what you pay for! or just make one yourself at home.
