I’m really annoyed with this place I have been puking my guts out the past two days. After I ate from this place. Due to food poisoning. I have four kids and company to take care of . I have no time to deal with this sickness. People put their trust into your restaurant and are paying customers. This is how you treat them with food poisoning! Unacceptable

I wanted wings, my wife wanted a salad. Chili's is the way to go. I ordered IJW over DoorDash and ate at a Chili's table. (better/more wings for a better price, don't get wings off the menu)The wings here are delicious, they've only messed up an order once of the many times I've ordered.Many people talk about the wings being cold - they never update the DoorDash status to tell you that your food is ready when doing pickup. I would recommend arriving ~5 minutes before the suggested time, going inside, and telling them you're expecting a pickup order under your name. I ordered during a non-peak hour and they were ready 10 minutes before the suggested pickup time.4-stars because they never update the DoorDash status to tell you that your food is ready for pickup.

I ordered from their website and apparently they ran out of the sauce that I ordered my wings with. I picked them up and made the mistake of not checking the food in the box. Got back to work and the wings had no sauce on them. It was just plain wings. You would think an employee would let me know that they were out of the sauce... nope I got plain wings instead. I gave them 1 star because I called and got a refund.
Great value, and both the fries and boneless wings are really good. We particularly like the lemon pepper dry rub wings.It's pick-up/delivery only, fyi. Pick up location is in Chili's.
They take a really long time to prepare the food, and it’s mediocre at best once prepared.The deep fried Oreos tasted more like fried pancakes than Oreos. Wings are hard to mess up, but they didn’t do them any favors either. Just pretty mediocre all around.

Left me sitting in car for 30 minutes past pickup time. Had to ask two different employees to please come to my car to help me. Kept telling me my order wasn’t ready then would disappear back in. Finally got another to tell me the order was ready but I hadn’t paid yet so they won’t bring it out. I had to literally show them my receipt and argue with them. Finally they gave my food admitting they were wrong about the whole thing. Kept asking my why they would just leave me sitting out there. Then food came and was cold and disgusting. AVOID
I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless wings instead, & whatever sauce they put on them was horrible! They gave me one tiny little cup of ranch with it. And they gave me some kind of weird bbq sauce for my fried oreos to dip in, instead of chocolate sauce! I spit it everywhere when I took a bite of it...... ?? Cali was the name of the person who put my order together.I didn't look at the reviews until later. Big mistake! And then I tried calling them, & they would'nt even answer the phone!!!
