A couple months ago my boyfriend and I went to this ihop at like 11 pm or something and it was kinda busy. There were a couple of large groups there. We had been having kind of a rough night but we just had the sweetest and kindest waiter named Diego. He made our entire night better just by being kind and attentive. A literal angel. Diego deserves all the recognition. It is amazing how simply being kind can affect other so much.
Alexis was the best server! We had a big party including children. She went above and beyond. She was kind while there were a few errors (understandable with a large order) she was very quick to remedy them.
They seated us promptly, got our order taken, kept our drinks full, and were fairly attentive to what we needed. The food was actually cooked better than expected. And all of this was during during time when the diner was rather busy. Full marks.
First time at an IHOP. I went in for the unlimited pancake deal, but when the server goes on break and the other staff refuses to take over your table (we over heard their conversations) not only do you not get asked about more pancakes, which we did and didn’t receive, you never get asked if you want a check. We also had to ask for that. I don’t typically write reviews, but I have never lost a waiter during a dining experience lol. There was also a table of about 6 that left about a half hour prior to us, and the table was still not picked up by the time we left, we were about the only ones in the restaurant.
Unfortunately this location has just gone down hill. They are usually busy, but they never have enough staff. Service takes a long time and the food is not great. We used to go here frequently and had great experiences, but the past year it has gotten pretty bad. The waitresses are kind and are doing their best, but it appears that management has gone downhill.
It took forever and my pancakes were raw ??? our server was trying his best, still one star though
This place is eh. We were seated quickly and we got our food quickly. I ordered sourdough toast and our waitress gave me white bread toast that was COLD. I asked if I could get sourdough because that’s what I ordered, and our waitress quickly said that is sourdough bread without question, then she quickly walked away before I could get anything in. I know the difference between white bread and sourdough, (yes I did taste it) I was just expecting a kinder reaction. The rest of the food was good. Oh and she slammed my husbands water on the table. She might not have been having the best morning, but I guess you shouldn’t expect from any different from ihop.
I'm significantly surprised by how low the stars are, for this place. My friend and I wanted a quick breakfast, and talk for a bit so we chose this place. We were seated within seconds, and our server was very friendly and got our food back to us very quickly. My only complaint is that the hash browns were QUITE brown, and were essentially inedible.Great place though, and I'll be sure to return.
A general, average IHOP experience.I’ve been here numerous times over the years and it’s never been bad but never been over the top fantastic. Sometimes the hostess at the front is brisk and abrupt. Our waiter is usually incredibly friendly or fairly kind. Nothing bad but nothing to rave about for this location. It’s about what you are likely expecting when you go to an IHOP.
I would give these guys at least a 4 star rating however I don't feel they should have a sign lit up stating that they're open 24 hours if it's only open 24 hours specific days of the week.. To minus the second star I have to say I was a little disappointed in the service my kids and I received when we arrived 20 minutes before closing. I don't believe that anyone should ever be turned away from any sort of business prior to the time their hours are said to be closing.. you never know where that person could have driven from just to come that specific place. However the fact that they let us order food to go was the only reason I chose to give three stars, but had they just let us sit down to have a bite to eat or at least sit at a table to have a drink while we waited for our food though. It would have made much more sense than to have us sit in the waiting section as we watched everyone else sitting around eating their food..
