My original review was "best tacos in Orem" but I need to change that to the best tacos ever. The al pastor is literally perfect in every way. The sauces are seasoned wonderfully. The atmosphere is fantastic although it is a bit small.Can't wait to see this place expand.
This version of Al Pastor taco is the closest one to the real Chilango Pastor Taco, very well taken care of concept, clean, simple, good pricing, the pastor crispy and flavorful. The Medium salsa and the Macha salsa are out of the average salsa, great salsa as well. Highly recommended.

I was a little reluctant to try out a place that only served al pastor items. I figured that I would be sick of it and wouldn’t want to order too much.Well, I was wrong! This place does a great job of making authentic al pastor tacos. I ordered a gringa and 3 tacos, and I wanted more! Now i try to find an excuse or occasion to go there.Now, the reason why i give it a 4 out 5 stars are two reasons. 1) As I mentioned, the lack of diversity of foods. I get that the whole point of the place is to be al pastor but at least have different options like burritos, salads, and etc. 2) The main reason, price. Because of the serving size, you have to order more. I went with just my wife and i and it came out to $26. The first time we went it came out to $23. There is no way a taco joint should ever be that much. So change your pricing.Also, quick note, ADD pineapple to the gringa. It would be a lot better and give it more flavor.I would honestly go here 2-3 times a month but the price isn’t worth it so I might just go once a month instead.UPDATE: went back 10 months later, on Friday night. And for some reason at 7:35 pm they ran out of the only thing they serve. How?
Holy COW these are amazing. Been twice now. I’ve gotten the tacos and gringas and both have been great. The meat they use is Al Pastor and it is very flavorful. Very simple menu but delicious! Definitely worth a visit!
Proof that Provo-Orem is becoming a legit foodie destination to check out. When you have mom and pop shops cranking out some of the most delicious specialty tacos, in the case of Holy Taco -Al Pastor, your city has arrived! Thank you Holy Taco for being the best at one authentic thing- Al Pastor served off of a real Trompo.
These tacos are awesome! Really tasty, price is decent.Bad part about this place is that they almost only have tacos al pastor as option and their seating is very limited. The place is full of people all the time and there’s barely like 4-6 tables.Wait time wasn’t that much but there’s a lot of people all cramped.But they are good enough to be worth the wait and limited space.
Amazing flavor!So we lived in Texas for 8 years and developed a love for true Tacos. We have been sad after moving to Utah because nothing came close - until now! These were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The onions were cooked just right and the sauces paired wonderfully! We will be back for more!

Okay y’all these are the BEST tacos I’ve had in Utah County, hands down! The taco al pastor with all the toppings is just *chefs kiss* it taste especially amazing with guac. It will cost extra and they don’t have it available often but it just makes the experience of guacamole all the more special. Anyways, I highly highly highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys delicious tacos.
