The service was amazing. The waitress was really kind and sweet and was on top of clearing plates and refilling drinks. The food was delicious but they don't have a large selection of food as they used to. The new location is really clean and put together. The moment I walked on the door and paid the employees were finding and prepping a table for me and my family. They are on top of there service and running everything smoothly. I would recommend coming here. Keep up the good work!!
Good food, good location, positive atmosphere! Our server Raphael was amazing! Very polite, kept our drinks full and table empty of used plates! Also seemed like the other servers on the floor where doing a great job as well. So good job to all of the staff!

The staff are rude and act as if they are working in a forced labor camp. The waiters and hostess up front have non-existent customer service skills. The manager needs to be fired or provide some kind of customer service training to his staff on a regular basis! The chicken wings are decent but some of the pieces were pink and undercooked.

Meh. That kinda sums it all up. The renovations were nice, but it did look appear excessively worn for being only a year or so old. They still have to find a way to keep the food looking fresh and appetizing. That was their challenge before the pandemic. They still haven't addressed that. The steak was cooked and seasoned great though. Everything else was ..... well .....meh. The cooked veggies were kinda soggy, the other meats dried out, the pasta crusted over as if it had been sitting for days. The dessert section was tucked in the corner and seemed a bit small and challenging to manuever in. We will most likely not return. The messy cafeteria feel is just too much to ignore. Sorry Golden Corral. There was a time where you were my fave. Perhaps consider cutting down on the number of entrees and sides to a more manageable spread? And improve training for staff on how to maintain the food lines appropriately and keep the area clean. Improving customer care/interaction would be a great idea too by training staff to smile and greet guests happily would be a nice touch.
Good was great, plates kinda dirty, but overall great experience.. Susie was our waitress and she was very nice to my kids and I. She also did a great job at making sure everything is as clean. She was very attentive to our table. We will be back for sure. Hope to see you also Susie!
Good food. Clean buffet tables. Clean restaurant. Not to bad of a variety except deserts, could do better with that area. I’m a little biased due to coming from Texas and very large All you can eat places of so many different ethnicities. One of Provos better places to go.
we had eaten at the old building before the new building was built. since it has been built I and my husband and our two kids came in on our daughter's birthday December 28th to eat and see the changes and see a friend of ours who works there. kristen Downey was our server and made our daughter's birthday even more special. we were highly impressed with the new building look.
Food was ok... Despite alerting management that their hand sanitizer stations were empty, they stayed empty during our whole visit. I'm thinking that health may not be top priority at this GC. Also as we watched the cashier we noticed he would 'forget' to give back every party after party their payment cards. We thought that this behavior was extremely sus!
We went to the Golden Corral for our Thanksgiving dinner this year and found the atmosphere and food very good! Although it was crazy busy, the staff did an excellent job of keeping all of the dishes coming hot and fresh.
