This was my first visit, people talk about this place all the time but don't believe the hype. Firstly I would like to make clear that the employees here are awesome! But the food is terrible, they use low quality beef in my opinion. It might be worth the low quality it if it was cheap, but it's $9+ for JUST A BURGER, no combo. I was really disappointed, for that price, I would expect good food.
Very rude staff, they seem annoyed when you ask for something. Very overpriced for the food and quality they offer. First and last time there.Don’t recommend at all.One employee, a teenage girl followed us to our van to tell us to clean our table for her, because they already had clean before the space.Thank you for ruining us our Sunday night.
I've always had a good experience at this location, but today was especially good! We had a problem with our gift card, and the person taking our order helped us out and took off what the card was worth (and a little extra). I wish I had gotten his name, he deserves a raise hehe. Also, generally all the employees were super friendly, and the food was tasty.
I dont know what it was the last few time Ive been here usually the place is great. But not only did they cheat you on frise they were also stale. Dont waste your money 6 bucks for what would honestly be considered a small frie anywhere else. On top of this there service tonight 3 16 2022 was seriously lacking staff being short with costumers despite the place being practically empty.
Tasty, as one would expect a burger to be, but the price and errors by staff made it less enjoyable. Shakes are soft serve, which doesn't justify the price. Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. The little details were met, like no mayo on my wife's burger, but then they forgot our bacon, altogether. This was corrected, but would have been much better had it been on the burger the first time. Speaking of the bacon, it's not going to be as juicy as you would make it yourself at home. The bacon that was provided was dry, like bacon bits from a shaker for salad but larger.Talking about the fries, we requested Cajun but were given standard salted. Honestly, I think the next time I'm in the mood for a burger, we'll hit up Apollo or Red Robin.
It was very good! They were fast even though it was busy. The fries are super good and some of my favorites!
Fast and delicious. Plus, they got peanuts! Free peanuts to munch on while you are waiting. Then you can take them home. I definitely recommend the burgers. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. The hot dogs are probably not worth it, unless you have that particular craving and money isn't a thing.
The hype is real at 5 guys. This burger may be wrapped in foil and be a bit smashed but the flavor is better than anywhere else you can go.
Went for a work lunch this week and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't even remotely busy at 12 noon on a Thursday. Food is always good though a bit pricey in my opinion but they have good offerings.
