Bones inside chicken burrito that hurt my tooth when i bit down... hard, crunchy rice multiple times in this burrito and several other times ive gone to this orem location, horchata was flat and literally flavorless, very little cinnamon flavor - tasted just like simple condensed milk with barely detectable cinnamon flavor... worst restaurant experience I've had in a while easily. They raised their prices and the quality shot down to a 1 star quality. Untasteful customer service as well. Got my order wrong another time when I ordered a chicken burrito and there was literally zero chicken inside of it after I opened up the burrito and examined it closely. What happened to this restaurant? Won't be going back to waste money and break my teeth on chicken bones any time soon.
Just look at this photo I attached????Birria tacos are absolutely the worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Completely burnt shell and burnt meat (the little tiny amount of meat it did have in it) and the cheese wasn’t even melted. That’s like half the point of birria tacos. Also ordered a birria quesadilla with this order and got something completely different. I called in and told a manager about this experience, and they said I could come in and get replacement items. I came in to claim these items, and they told me I had to know the managers name (which I did not know, manager did not tell me that I need his name or should write it down) and I couldn’t get new tacos. Never going back.

We used the starving student card, and it was such a great experience! Very yummy food for a really reasonable price! You can get a combo meal for $6! The staff was really friendly and fast:)
El Pollo Loco has always had great flavored chicken and the fact that it is grilled is great. The only thing that I've a little bit disappointed about is that their chicken portion sizes seem to smaller now. Are they just using smaller chickens now? Not sure, but they definitely are a great place for grilled chicken!
El Pollo Loco is super affordable, quite delicious, and maintains a fun, Mexican vibe while still offering modern experience. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding with us. I will be back.
Very good experience today! The worker in the drive-thru was nice, treating me as a valued customer! Was very happy getting a large complimentary water!
Quality fast food, excellent chicken, good street tacos. Restaurant and bathroom have been clean when I dined in. A little pricy for fast food, but totally makes up for it with the quality. And it's very fast. This El Pollo Loco is a winner-winner-chicken-dinner ?
Not impressed. It’s good food. But, in my opinion, overpriced both for quality and quantity.
