The food is generally good.Service hasn’t been impressive. Cancelling orders on us when they come in and stopping the pickup timers several minutes before they actually bring the food out. We have done deliver, take out, and curbside and each one the food has been fine but the service lacking a bit. Really unfortunate.

Couldn't get a scheduled order in, and the app wouldn't tell us when it was ready then we ordered without an ETA. Every time I called the line was intentionally hung up, and I was stuck with an order being done an hour before I needed it. In stuck either going somewhere else or picking up a cold pizza. Very dissatisfied a d would recommend just going somewhere else.

This location has been struggling a lot for quite some time, and if you read the reviews you will see that. However, they have recently changed management, and they are starting to go back to regular hours. I spoke to a lovely female manager (didn’t get her name, she had short black hair though.) there a few nights ago. She was incredibly helpful and apologetic for the wait, and even gave us our order for free for our troubles. She explained that they’re working on hiring more employees so that they can start to do better for customers. She was great! She even offered to help me carry things to my car. Thank you guys! We love you! Will definitely be back.

This place is a joke. Do not go here. They can’t get my orders right ever and I call and can’t even get anyone to answer the phone for 15-20+ min. I’ve given chance after chance since I am a business owner and understand things happen. This is just unacceptable to mess up the order more times than not. This just scrapes the surface on the issues we’ve had here but I’m not going to complain anymore. They should be ashamed honestly for the product that comes out of this store. Dominos needs to stop being so greedy and pay people a decent wage so they can actually get some help or they’ll end up as the jankiest pizza place in utah county.

Pizza was done quickly however none of the topping got spread out and the center of the pizza was raw and the cheese was unmelted under the top layer. So if you like half cooked pizza soup this is the place. Also my pizza was chicken and bacon but I found mushrooms, pepperoni, and ham slopped on it.

So you can't order online because it's "temporarily unavailable" even though it's been unavailable every time I've checked. It says to call instead. So I call and stay on hold for 20 minutes and they don't answer. So basically you just can't order for delivery if this is your closest store because Dominos doesn't let you order delivery for any other nearby store.

I’ve had some very positive experiences with this Dominos for several years. I only get carry out, so I don’t have to deal with the nightmare of delivery (which I have heard and observed from other customers). Recently, the service has deteriorated. Supposedly it is due to lack of staff, but the sad thing is nothing seems to be done to address the issue. Professionalism and communication with customers would be more than enough to satisfy someone who just wants a pizza. We are not asking for a miracle, only some respect.

This is the worst Domino's in the whole country. Over 2 hours to deliver our food tonight, they wouldn't answer their phone. Delivery driver was snarky, unapologetic, and wanted to say some dumb excuse about being understaffed, which he seemed to think justified the extreme lack in basic professionalism, basic customer service, and common sense. Please do not waste your money or time with this Domino's location.

This experience is just for the north Orem and Orem 120 s state locations. I ordered my pizza and after an hour I went to the store to find out what was going on because according to their tracker it had never even been put in the oven. After being on hold for 15 minutes I finally got a hold of someone and asked what was going on with my pizza and it had never been made because they did not have enough staff to adequately fulfill the customer's orders. I told the manager to give me a refund and to cancel my order. I went to the north orem location and spoke to a very pleasant young lady and she said that she would get the order taken care of and that it would be like third in line to be cooked. After setting for 40 minutes in their parking lot still no pizza. From the time I placed the order to the time I actually got the pizza to take home was almost a 4-Hour nightmare. If I could give Domino's a zero or a negative star I would in a heartbeat.

This place usually does a good job. I got frustrated tonight though because I ordered delivery and somehow their phone system went down AND they only had one driver. My pizza ended up sitting in "Quality control" for over an hour. I had to go in to get my pizza from them.Dear corporate: Please help them hire some new people (or, better yet, get them a corporate car for these off chances), and get their phones fixed
