Very frustrating. They are constantly disabling phone / online orders and even denying walk in orders. But this has been an ongoing issue for several months.Almost every single day it's impossible to reach this location regardless of the method. I don't mind long waits, but being completely unable to order for the rest of the night when the store is still open for 4 more hours is frustrating. This frequently happens in the daytime as well, almost every single day.
Got a pasta bowl and honestly, it was the saddest pasta bowl from a Domino’s that I’ve ever seen. Can’t do bread bowls for one, but that wasn’t even the issue. It was only half the bowl, a good section of it was burnt, and I’m kind of glad it was for my 1.5 year old because there was still enough for her to have a decent meal. Definitely not enough for an actual adult. The pizzas were great though, but this rating is solely for the pasta bowls. Extremely disappointing.Update: My daughter didn’t even eat much of it. I had to get her something else, which was really weird because she loves pasta bowls usually.
We got pizza from 5 different locations and this one was my favorite. They add a lot of yummy spices that makes it stand out from similar places. The crust was nice and crispy and their garlic sauce is awesome.
I normally stay in the hotel next to this domino's restaurant when I'm in town! This was my pizza tonight! That really is depressing. Try a different one tomorrow.
So far, I have been very impressed with the quality and the timing of this location. I choose this location repeatedly because they are friendly and quick to make an order. However, they never have the option of taking future orders for delivery or carryout, which is really lousy, considering how fast they CAN make an order. Another thing is I feel like I have missed out on free pizzas due to the timer when I use carryout. I get there within the time it's supposed to be done, park, set my hazard lights, text "I'm here" so they know...and they stop the timer immediately and take longer than two minutes to come out. c'mon guys... be fair. I also made a huge $70+ order, and got 0 points for it. What the heck??? Other than that, my pizzas are always hot, always done right and cooked to perfection. I have only gone out of my way to report my last order did not have extra cheese on it; and they gave me a free pizza to redeem for it.
Seriously, I felt like it was an online "shakedown". I decided to buy pizza for my small team at the office and found their ad for $19.95 for two medium pizzas with soda and a couple other things. After my "Discount Applied", it still cost nearly $50! How did this happen!?? If the discount was not applied, would I have paid $60 for a couple of medium pizzas??I couldn't very well tell the guys "sorry, it's too expensive", so went on ahead.
Love this pizza location, fast friendly service, sand ? delicious food at all times. I have always been very satisfied and happy with the exceptional service and food! Thank you Dominoes, our family loves you.
This place SUCKS! I ordered my pizza at 7, was supposed to be ready at 7:40. It’s now 8:05, still “prepping” and I’ve called 4 times with no answer. What type of customer service is this? I understand if it’s gonna be a wait, but show the actual correct time instead of a fake one. Also, pick up the phone when customers call. That’s customer service 101.
If you want to be treated like trash go here, if you complain about undercooked food l, missing divery items or any mistake they make they will say your trying to scam them for free food and label you so in their system. I just wanted the pizza I purchased..If you want uncooked food come here. Not even cooking it again in my oven could save the pizza I ordered, see photos. If I wanted take and bake I would have gone to papa Murphys.Update, the manager is one of the rudest people I've met. Would not acknowledge their mistake. Called me a liar over the phone, so I drove there to confront her and ask for a replacement pizza that was not cooked. I insisted on paying for the new one because we did try to salvage the undercooked one by cooking it again in my oven.My final attempt at Domino's in South Orem was almost worse. I ordered delivery since my kids were asleep and they forgot an item. It was busy for them but I mentioned it to the delivery driver who agreed and said he would fix it. I never got my food that night. So I went in the next day and the manager said she would have to verify my story because in her computer I was labeled a scammer by her.. Which is funny because the last time I asked them to fix their problem I insisted on paying..Save yourself time effort and stress and order Pizza Hutt or better yet Papa Murphys.
Ordered a pizza for delivery, they went to the wrong address after waiting another 20 minutes after the original estimated time the delivery driver decided to call and lie to me saying the pizza was damaged and he didn’t want to deliver it because of quality how convenient. After that I got a call from someone random saying that the driver had dropped my order off in the middle of the road and he found my order. Absolutely ridiculous service and to top it off I spent 30 minutes on the phone on hold trying to just get a hold of the store and they refused to pick up the phone. Unacceptable service i don’t even know how you have managed to stay open with this type of treatment.
