This is my second time coming here and todays experience was horrible.My server (SONIA R.) was rude and careless. She brought our coffee and was not careful enough to notice or CARE that there was a BABY right where she was placing the coffee. When she did that the first time my mother grabbed the coffee and placed the mug away from my baby and she STILL PLACED THE SECOND CUP RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BABY AGAIN!! Yes it's my child but it's HER JOB to be careful and not just put it in front of a baby! It's common sense!!!My child could have burned herself because of CARELESS actions. She had quite some attitude the whole time.Another thing that was not good is that the utensils had food left over on them so they weren't washed properly ? I had to ask the server for plastic utensils because of it.The only good thing this afternoon was the blonde lady that greeted us when we came in, she was lovely!! Other than I will be taking my business else where.
i ordered the french toast slam. it was amazing, incredible, and show-stopping. the french toast was a 10/10, the bacon was a 9/10, the sausage was a 6/10 (it could’ve been more crispier), and the eggs were 2/10 (I don’t rlly like eggs) but my brother whose an eggs lover rated it a 7/10. also, i tried the pancakes and it was heavenly!!! 11/10. they served our food really fast and it was great service! it truly brought a smile to my face :)
The environment was great, the staff were friendly but the service was awful. I ordered the cookie dough pancakes from the influencer menu and they brought the wrong order twice. I was patient and asked politely to correct the order but they just brought a different set of pancakes that I ended up settling for after over an hour of waiting.
Thanks go out to Sarah (shift supervisor) at the Denny’s in Orem around 7pm tonight (Tuesday, March 23). She went out of her way to accommodate our special request all while being friendly & providing quick service. Due to menu changes, we haven’t been to Denny’s in a long while, but this type of customer service (especially in these challenging times in the restaurant industry) will keep me coming back to this location. The other folks on staff were so polite & friendly too, but Sarah was outstanding in her service. See ya again soon!
Our server was amazing! It was the first time in a long time that we had exceptional service at this location so I quite enjoyed this last visit.
Worse food ever. How can you screw up a grilled cheese!! Ordered the senior grilled cheese and coffee. No fries. Coffee was warm with a strong burnt taste, grilled cheese was microwaved $15.87
Fries anyone? Not hot enough? That's ok just put them in the deep fryer a few times that will do the trick. Oh.. no.. here's some fresh salt instead with a side of fries.
Long wait to get food. I ordered breakfast food and it really was cold. Cold eggs, yuck. Cheese on my eggs was dryed out and not melted. Toast was not buttered. It was so dry that it literally fell apart as I ate it. Hash browns were hard, dry and cold. My friend found egg shells in her omelet. Not good at all. Avoid this location.
I like the place as well as the decoration, but when you eat inside, arriving after 11 is having to wait 1 hour or maybe much more, that becomes annoying, the lack of staff is also a problem. still the food is good.
Food was delicious! 1/20/22 from 9pm -10pm the waiter was very polite, thoughtful and pleasant! He and the food made it all worthwhile!
