Offers pickup, but closes doors long before order was placed. I was trying to get a refund when an employee exited and I was able to enter to ask about my order. They asked me to wait outside. It was not ready at the time stated by the website and was still not ready 45 minutes later. I finally gave up. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund or resolution.Del Taco, do not offer what you cannot provide.
I ordered 2 crispy chicken ranch tacos with extra cheese, when I got to the window I asked them to make sure they don't forget the extra cheese and they assured me they would put it on. Not only did they charge me for the extra cheese but they purposely didn't put any cheese on them, and the flour tortillas were old and hard. That was so wrong and mean. I wasn't rude or anything. I don't know why people are so mean. I gave 2 stars because the person at the window was nice
Trust me, 5* for a fast food place is surprising me as well. Haha!There are generally 2 fast food taco places that we all know about... Del taco may not have as many locations, but I keep forgetting how great it is hereI came to the drive-thru, and I was the only car here... They made my order really quick, and it tasted great when I got home.Not much more to say, except that the Chicken Del Carbon Taco was amazing!
The staff was very friendly. The food was what you expect at Del Taco but the staff was much better than you typically get at a fast food place.
Del Taco has a warm spot in my soul! Warmer even when I go for their hottest sauce. All joking aside, I would gladly drown in a pool of grilled chicken tacos!
The lady running the window can not speak or understand English. They left items out of my order. When I went back through the amazingly long line, the dumb lady didn't believe me and wanted to search my bag. Then to top off the horrendous experience, they put dirt in my taco. Nasty horrible service! Won't be back ever!!!
Great food and great service, the staff there are all super friendly and quick, plus everytime I drive past this restaurant they are always super busy and popular, I would definitely recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.
I love the price and options at Del Taco. They always have fresh ingredients and their taco sauce Del Inferno is on point! Definitely try the fish tacos!
Slow, slow, slow, so be aware of that. Did the drive thru and noticed the outside was still pretty clean. Got order right (hooray!) And it was yummy ? This location has improved greatly ?
Gone here since 2004. It's alright. it's american fast food so it's ok. Not gourmet or blow your taste buds off but if you need lunch at your construction job it's alright.
