I applaud the workers at this restaurant. Corporate will never understand the struggle these employees go through. Order taker had to take order, do cash, make drinks, and bag the food. I'm surprised by how much patience this person has especially for a long drive thru line especiallythis person didn'tsound annoyed or irritated. Asked how many people on shift and it was only three. Imagine the kitchen on how many food prepared by the other two especially when you have a bunch of people in one car. The food was okay though! Also these people have to clean for the next shift. Checked on their website and man how they are soooo desperate for workers especially management! Very poor of corporate for that end!
I wanted to use the coupons I received in the mail. I downloaded the app and was prepared to order. This place is chaotic, disorderly and they employed “angry lady” at the drive through window.She was angry when I tried to use my coupon was super impatientI misplaced my card when I got to the window I told her I’d drive around so other customers could go throughI could hear in the background “what’s the matter, 4 minutes per customer “I left this hell whole!Although I would have loved to taste the food, it wasn’t worth the chaos!
Ordered inside the restaurant and it was an interesting experience. The customer at the front of the line paid with cash and the cashier couldn't figure out the correct change...the next customer also paid with cash and guess what...there wasn't enough change in the till to give the customer her change ...and last but not least the cashier was hard to understand as he wasn't speaking clearly or above a mumble.
I wouldn't have give it any stars,If i didn't want everyone to know how unprofessional and unacceptable this del Taco on Orem state street is! Not only did I not get my money back or even offered replacement, I was accused of pulling my order out of the dumpster and was treated very poorly, I never complain, I don't make a habit of trying to get my money back at stores, but this was an exception I felt that paying $22 for two Taco salads with only had a few tiny beef chunks a few shredded cheese parts and one tiny tortilla chip and no dressing was not cool and I just wanted the very least to have store credit or a refund! I have never had anybody or anywhere in my life sell me a giant styrofoam tray full of lettuce and call it a taco salad and then charge that much money for it, the manager on duty at the time, was very unhelpful and wouldn't do anything to replace or anything ,so I followed the chain of command up to the manager of that store and she told me that she wasn't going to do it ,she felt I had pulled it out of the dumpster and that I should have addressed it at the time it happened and I did but it was 3:00 in the morning , drive through is the only thing open and when I called it rang off the hook and no one answered, I didn't think they were going to give me any problems, so I saved the receipt and the salads and took it all in the following morning, just a few hours later and was treated the worst I've ever seen or been treated in my entire life , and if that isn't bad enough, I called their head corporate office, left several messages and nobody contacted me or return my phone calls at all! Honestly they should be shut down!and I wouldn't recommend going there, I would have been better off eating out of the dumpster! LOL and I recommend the dumpster ,over the way they treat you and the quality of food they serve! Share this!!! Screen shot,pass it on! Word of mouth will get the message out there!
The worst del taco experience I have ever had. Ordered churros and they came with no cinnamon or sugar at all. Completely dry sticks or bread, yuck!Waited an abnormally long time in the drive thru, watching the employees sweeping and cleaning rather than making food, and they weren't wearing gloves!I don't have much choice at 1am
Everything was cold, dry and gross. I got all of my favorites and they were all disappointing. All burritos and chicken roll ups were just tortilla (chewy and tough) for the first two or three bites. They were all dry, hardly any sauce or filling. The bean and cheese burrito hardly had any cheese at all and it was all at the bottom and unmelted. Worst Del taco order/location I've ever had. Waste of money and time.
Quick and friendly. Our family likes this location. Taco Tuesday is inexpensive, but the other items offer a nice variety.
Bad customer service. They messed up our order and then very rudely blamed us for it. So we accepted a messed up order because whoever gave us our food just wanted to argue. And the food was mediocre. Meat tasted old. Go to a different Del Taco
I've always had an eye for superb customer service, it's what I strive for in any job I take on. This place is fast and efficient, not the best but, still pretty food for Del taco
I ordered a beyond guac Taco which doesn't have meat or cheese... I get home and my Taco is full of carcass and cheese!! I called the store and they picked up the phone and promptly hung it up. I called 3 times with the same response. I am vegan and can't eat animal products!!!! This is ridiculous!!
