I thought I would try this dairy queen I ordered a simple hamburger with extra pickles.The hamburger I got was cold I only lived 2 minutes away from this dairy queen I also ordered cheese curds and they were at least the right tempI was very disappointed in my hamburger temp don't know if I'll returnGot a reply thanksjust the standard sorry didn't justufy your cravingsdon't think I'll be craving here for a long time
Ordered a 6pc chicken basket. Got a 4pc chicken basket. Asked for ranch with the chicken. Did not get ranch or fry sauce. Asked for my drink with no ice, got my drink with ice. Ordered a large blizzard and had an inch and a half of empty cup at the top. All this after being forced to wait for roughly 20 minutes AFTER placing my order. Get it together DQ.
Usually I love to go here for my lunch and 9/10 times it’s great. This time was not at all. I got a four piece chicken strip thing and asked for ranch. Normally it comes with fry sauce, they forgot it. Then they only gave me three chicken strips. When I opened the ranch there was about one little glob of ranch in that thing making it barely 1/4 of the way filled. Very unimpressed this time. The dude at the window was really nice though.
Two bad experiences (separate occasions) at this DQ. 1. Super slow taking of orders (20 minutes for 3 orders?) with a bunch of kids standing around doing nothing and a spare register unused.2. When I ordered two royal blizzards, not only did I not get the royal blizzards, when they turned them upside-down they leaked (and the employee didn't care).And when DQ reaches out for assistance they sent a contact us link that asks for a *lot* of personal information. Not impressed.
Probably the worst Dairy Queen I’ve visited. It’s ran entirely by high school kids with zero management. Super long wait times, consistently incorrect orders.
I had gotten my two items, but my cookie dough had no cookie dough in it. The fries were good, average but good when I got them.

Ran by a bunch of teenagers and I still got my food in 3 minutes. I'm just saying I dont care whats going on in the kitchen but they're doing good. Food tasted yummy as hell and their blizzards are filled to the mf RIM. 10/10 would prefer this over cheesecake factory
Way good. Had a flamethrower burger. Was spicy but not painful. Friendly and fast.
