Ordering here fully stressed me out. I never have been at a place with so many new workers. There were no less than 20 people behind the counter and 3 of them may have been over 16. Taking my order took forever (and involved 3 workers with no special adjustments on it), then when they had that waiting on food and concrete took a long time, which both also got messed up. The food here wasn't bad but I think I would skip eating here again because of the processes in place or lack thereof. Never before has ordering food in a lobby stressed me out before trying here.
I like this location much more than the ones out in West Jordan. Food came out piping hot and fresh. I never had a bad experience in regards to food at any Culver’s but I can say the employees here so much more friendlier than the ones out in West Jordan. I would come back here again whenever I’m in the area.
I highly recommend Culver's! The burgers are great, but the custard and cheese curds is what sets Culver's apart. It only costs 99 cents to upgrade your fries to cheese curds at this location, so DO IT. I promise you won't regret it. And the custard is just plain delicious.
I have never had Culver’s until I came here. Every time we eat here, whether it’s a late night snack or a big lunch, we are always happy! The staff is so friendly, fast, and kind. Mike S took care of us today and his smile was contagious! Highly recommend this spot??
The service at the Orem location was outstanding!! It speaks very highly of a business when the owner is there working just as hard and getting just as messy as their employees. They were super busy, but didn't take too long getting our shakes. I love their custard, it is so good! Definitely worth visiting.
Ordered a Culver’s deluxe in an empty parking lot with one car ahead of me, other car got their food promptly. I ordered at 2:02 in the afternoon. And wasn’t served for 22 minutes. Ended up calling in to say what the heck because I waited so long. Was in a hurry that’s why I hit the empty parking lot of Culver’s and apparently they weren’t in a hurry.
Great restaurant overall. I love their blended frozen custards. Ordinary sandwich since I was hungry too. I go every time I’m in Utah. The cheese curds taste a lot like tiny mozerella sticks but not mozerella cheese.
My new favorite burger place! Super friendly staff. How many ways can you make a burger? At Culver's their butter burger buns are actually soft and delicious. The patties taste great! The vegetables are fresh. The burger actually looks like the picture! The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. It's really good!
Friendly voice through the drive through. They ask for and use your name for a more personalized experience. When they pull your forward, don't worry this doesn't put you in drive through hell, it's actually quite fast and organized. Inside is clean and personable. The whole experience is meant to make you part of something. If you skip the fries you will be sorry, skip breakfast and save up the calories.
This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. The butter burger was divine, perfectly balanced. The cheese curds were perfect, the fries were amazing, the concrete was to die for. I’ve been to other Culver’s, but this was absolutely fabulous.
