The best entry in the Utah cookie shop market. Chip, Dirty Dough, Swig, they’re all good. But Crumbl really is the best of the group. They tend to be the most moist but still cooked (occasionally Chip cookies can come out a tad on the raw side). They are good at balancing the batter flavors with their icings. They for sure have the best marketing videos each week so be careful visiting their site unless you want to get enticed into buying more cookies. The variety of the flavors week to week is impressive. My only complaint about this specific location is they seem to struggle with inventory management a bit because compared to other Crumbls (AF, Orem) they tend to run out of something faster. Overall amazing cookies and a great easy gift to send to someone via delivery.
Walked in and the cashier was very nice.The place was well organized and very clean loved the smell of cookies baking so good! The cookies were amazing and great portion my favorite place
Alex who greeted me today was so kind and friendly! He was awesome! Idk if he’s the manager but he definitely gave off team leader energy in a great way! He was Great! All the employees that I saw working although I didn’t speak to them personally, they all had friendly smiles and the work environment was giving very healthy work atmosphere! With the open concept of the kitchen, you could see how clean they keep it and that’s hygienic for me of which definitely gets 5 stars for shore!
These cookies are like nothing you've ever tried before. They are Amazing! It's fun to see the lineup for the week. Always something new to try, and it's exciting when they bring back an old favorite!
Literally every time I come to the Orem location I have the best experience! As soon as I walk into the door every single person happily greets me! I’m not sure who was my cashier today, but she gave me compliments on my backpack and was so kind! And the nice gentleman who handed me my cookies made sure they looked good before I left & was awesome as well! I’ve been to other Crumbl locations and none of them beat the customer service here. I highly recommend. :)
LOVE this location!!! All the guys are so nice and they always have my order on time! Also loving that I finally have a Crumbl to my place! :)
We came for the grand opening because they were doing one free cookie. All the flavors were awesome as the employees were very helpful! Even though they couldn’t give free cookies to everyone because they were about to close I really like that they were willing to give out cookie vouchers to those who came and wouldn’t be able to get a free cookie
I ordered 1 Boston cream, 1 red velvet, 1 snickerdoodle, 1 caramel, 1 chocolate chip and 1 pink cookie. They got my order wrong not giving me a Boston cream cookie. And most of the cookies were barely cooked at all they were so doughy. Do disappointed.
This is my favorite cookie place ever!! I love the flavors, they’re always spot on! I go the this Crumbl in Orem most often and the people here are so nice and have great customer service! I love making cookies, and up until I tried Crumbl, I never found a cookie that I liked as much as my own. These cookies taste so good and are definitely worth trying and keeping up with the weekly flavors!!
