I don't like the chicken here at all.... it's not shredded and it's not flavorful in my opinion. Also the rice us so sour. I LOVE Bajo!!! It's a Million times Better and the prices are fabulous!!! Bajo is in the Riverwoods in Provo. Check them out!
I love their mini pork salad. It’s the perfect size. Great location as well and always clean! Also their horchata is the best!
This location has lost its consistency. The tortillas in a single pile have some small and thick and others wide and flat. The one they lifted for my salad ripped and left behind a good 1/5 of the tortilla- and they still just served me the incomplete tortilla. I watched as they put plenty of meat on my salad, while they put a significantly smaller serving on my husband’s- for the same salad. And the chips and queso are different than before. I don’t know if that’s just a changed recipe though. Anyway it used to be thicker and this time it was very thin and blander. I’ll need to try a different location because Costa Vida used to be one of my favorite places if we ate out. And this one has just been disappointing twice in a row.
The grilled chicken salad was great! The dressing is fantastic. I always get the tortilla on the side so that it doesn’t get soggy and I dip it in the dressing. Service was fast and great!
I went in 10 min before they closed and they looked so bugged. They started talking about me in Spanish and it was very rude. ( yes I understood them but I don’t think they realized I knew Spanish) on top of that my food was burned and gross. I usually have great experiences with this location and have never had issues. But this was very disappointing and rude.
Had two people in front of me and almost took 20 minutes for them to take my order. It was ridiculously slow and they were pushing a bunch of online orders ahead of us. Workers were emotionless and rude to each other. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
I ordered online because I only have 30 minutes for lunch- The food wasn't ready by the specified time( about 6 min later). I got out to my car and noticed that the extra dressing that I ordered wasn't in the bag. I went back in and showed my receipt and received the dressing. I decided to try to eat there. I finally sat down- 10 minutes left of my lunch and I started to eat my salad- it was totally wrong- I looked at my receipt to make sure I didn't order it wrong....NOPE I ordered it right, I ordered no beans on my Sweet Pork Salad and it had beans ( I can't have beans) and NO sweet pork. I went up to the cashier with my salad and receipt and showed her... I didn't have time to remake the salad, They just gave me a side of really liquidy sweet pork( hardly any meat). I was super disappointed and since I didn't have time to eat it, I ended up throwing it away. So disappointed that the instructions weren't followed. This was poor service.-
My husband and I placed a curbside pick up (because we have been sick) on Tuesday the 8th. When we got there, there were no designated spots for curbside so we parked right in front of the doors, after about 5 min of no one coming out we called and the young lady said they will run it out. We continued to wait for another 10 minutes before my husband went in to find our order on the counter with 2 employees showing each other tiktoks. Being sick in a pandemic is the reason we wanted curbside. Our food was cold and the extra tortilla was hard. We would either like a replacement or our money back. Thank you
Personally I love costa vida. But yesterday 2/14 my husband, a friend, and I, we all got salads and later that night and following day had horrible stomach pains. I'm assuming food poisoning. Really disappointed.
A good place to go for good tasting food. Had the lunch salad with grilled chicken. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Staff had smile's on their faces. Always a choice for a quick meal. Plus they have Coke Zero at the fountain, my choice for a soda.
